It was a nice experience 2 night stay all I needed was a room to stay and relax, has great A/C everything worked fine the beds were clean and ok to sleep on, will stay again.

We extended a night because of work needs. And we're accused of smoking in the room which forfeit our deposit. Neither of us are smokers and there was no talking or reasoning with the motel staff. Very unprofessional. Very arrogant and very rude.

I would have to say the wash and dryer. What they have in the facility. what I didn't like was the the limitation to USB ports and I don't like the fact that they don't have microwave and a small fridge

It's Reno so it's expensive but wish the property was a little cleaner like emptying out trash cans and simple things like having shampoo in the shower. I get not having a lot of simple things but still pricey for what you get. Freeway noise is a lot but expected given location. Big plus was decent TV and channel selections and good wifi. Staff helpful and friendly.
