Room was nice and very spacious staff friendly and kind. On the last day of my stay the fire alarm went off that was a little worrisome I think a little more communication and warning the guest would have been nice maybe like calling the room or staff letting us know there’s not much to worry about would have been nice a little disappointed in room service my food was cold. But other than that it was a really nice place to stay. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely go back again

Upon check in I was informed that the room I paid for was unavailable. They put me in a different, much worse room than I had paid for and refused any reimbursement since I booked through Expedia. I was told that booking the resort tower is a “request” not a guarantee, even if you have already paid for it. Terrible way to do business.

The staff was extremely rude. The room had old popcorn on the floor in the corner. The light would not stay on. It would go on and off by itself that elevators didn’t work half the time and we ended up getting stuck in one we waited 45 minutes for the elevator to come take us down to the base floor so we can get off the 14th floor and the staff didn’t care about any of it and said that they hadn’t had complaints that they couldn’t do anything
