I travel frequently and stay at many hotels. This hotel had internet speed so slow it was not even functional. I called the help desk and they had no solutions. I called the front desk and they said the complaint was common and to deal with it.

Room was nice and very spacious staff friendly and kind. On the last day of my stay the fire alarm went off that was a little worrisome I think a little more communication and warning the guest would have been nice maybe like calling the room or staff letting us know there’s not much to worry about would have been nice a little disappointed in room service my food was cold. But other than that it was a really nice place to stay. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely go back again
