The hotel itself is very nice. We went to Rosie’s Grill for breakfast and probably one of the worst service I’ve ever had. The service was extremely SLOW and I overheard a couple of servers complaining out loud near customers avoid the place

I absolutely love staying at the Nugget. We always stay on the resort side, and it's spacious, clean and comfortable. I want to take the time to give a shout out to Sean who works at the check in desk. He is outstanding. His customer service is out of this world. He's friendly and goes out of his way to make your check in process smooth. He deserves a raise.
