We would like a refund

We rented this room specifically so we could have pool and hot tub access. The pool and hot tub was closed two of the nights. Sunday when we finally got to use the hot tub there was science that said no children under the age of 14 and the hot tub had about 30 children in it. The pool attendant couldn’t get the adults to get the children out and security was called. We went back to our room. Our room was dirtier than I would have liked And our bedspread had blood from the previous people that stayed there on it. My son was so disgusted when he saw the blood. I am very disappointed in our stay and curious about a refund. When we got there with what we had on our itinerary, we did not have time to find somewhere different to stay or we would have.
