This was my first time ever staying at this hotel. The room was decent, but towels were missing had to request more. Resort fees are not accurate; there are extra hidden fees when you arrive, and they charge you to use your credit card to pay for the room. Heating and cooling unit was not operating as it should we had to open a window to cool the room down although it was 35 degrees outside, thermostat buttons were broken or something even with the unit off the room was still hot. Be careful with the TV, if you land on a paid channel, you will be charged full price even if you use it 3 minutes.

Rooms are hit or miss. Some more comfortable and spacious than others. Staff is alway friendly and helpful. My only complaint is having to pay resort fees when we don’t use the casino.

There was no breakfast there was no coffee pot in the room there was no coffee there was dirty windows and either mold or fecal matter coming through the ceiling there was to bring in the drawers there was no outlet covers on the walls there was bladder all over the ceiling above your head in bed and above the table where you sit to watch TV was told in my review 20 minutes after being in the room to the staff and nothing was done about it I left a day early and was overcharged $100 unexpected by not being informed from Expedia will never use services again still have not been compensated and completely less than far

Look it it what it is. While it may not be the fanciest Hotel in town they are clean, efficient and comfortable at a fair price. Staff is always pleasant. The rooms are large. The bars are plenty!
