The room that we reserved was not available. The hotel gave out our room so we had to downgrade to another room. Was comped resort fees and food voucher- but would have preferred the room that I had originally booked.

Had no luck at slot's went to silver legacy did much better there gambling, your bartenders hate there job and take it out on customers and I'm not the only person they treated like this, waiting for drinks sitting at bar other people where telling me about your bartenders service,I told the other customers that where waiting just because your under staff you should not treat people that way

Check in was fine, staff was fine. Our room looked nothing like the photos. We had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom door handle had something sticky on it. The caulking in the tub looked like it needed to be redone about 5 years ago. The bed was BLOWN OUT. The spot on the bed where everyone sits or relaxes felt like you were in a big hole. The pool is not attached to the hotel at all. You have to walk across the parking lot to get there, and once you do get to the pool, it's FREEZING. We paid for 2 nights and left a night early because we'd rather cut our trip short than sleep in that blown out bed again. Hard pass.

The food was horrible. I ordered a Chimichanga and it the worst Mexican food I ever had. Shameful for the price I paid. The clerk was very friendly.

very loud at night not only from guests rooms but outside cars drag racing all hours of the night .Very lumpy pillow and no real blanket . Called front dest they said that is how they make the beds but to call the operator no time for such stuff front desk should of helped. So a night of limited sleep wont stay again.
