Perfect for us!

Very comfortable. We stay here when we visit our Reno family. Great neighborhood and location for walking dog and getting morning coffee. Organic market nearby, walking distance. Big studio, lots of space. Washer and dryer in the unit. We will stay here again.

Amazing little gem!

This is a very attractive, well appointed little downstairs apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, We had all of the amenities that we could need, a darling little porch upstairs that we sat and had breakfast at, and little thoughtful touches throughout
 Snacks, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Could not be happier about the location, Sweet little tree lined street. Will definitely be back.

Lovely stay in Reno!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 11 and 13) and our border collie. The hosts were super responsive and so kind, they made our stay extra convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, great for my morning runs and walks with the dog. We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend!

Perfect Studio Space for a Short Stay

Property was in a great part of town- walkable distance to riverwalk, restaurants and downtown. Neighborhood was safe, clean and welcoming. Studio was originally rented for just for two of the family members but four stayed comfortably. Beds are newer and comfortable- made a difference in quality of stay. Studio has new and fresh standard amenities. Having direct access to laundry room was a huge benefit to the stay.

Perfect place!

We were visiting Reno for my son’s basketball tournament. This was centrally located and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was lovely and very safe. We really appreciated the attentive and kind hosts. They were fantastic! The rental was super clean, new, spacious, and had everything you would want. It was nice to be able to wash his uniform in the washer and dryer. We also really appreciated the ability to be able to cook simple meals and watch a Netflix show in the evening. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back whenever we have an event in Reno. Thank you so much!

Owner was amazing! Property management company was awful.

The title says it all. Stay here for the owner and the property, but do not expect Evolve to do its job. They failed to give us a confirmation code, and to tell the host we were even coming, resulting in stress for both sides. We showed up the day of to a place that was not ready for us, to the extent we couldn't even get in because the host hadn't been informed we were coming, and thus hadn't changed the door code. All that said, highly recommend the space for the kind host and good appointments. I really appreciated their stainless steel cookware, and very, very well appointed kitchen. Their little space heater was also a life saver, and our very generous host even shoveled the stairs for us when it snowed so we could be safe! Only complaints on the space: I will say the bed was not terribly comfortable, some kind of odd foam with springs. If you're allergic to many foam products, like me, I'd be wary. My only other complaint was that the bathtub didn't have a drain plug 😆 I made it work anyway, but it would be nice if the owners provided an actual drain plug! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, and would likely stay again!
