My family and I stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation from UNR. It was very conveniently located and the backyard patio was an AWESOME place to unwind each evening.
We were in town for a high school graduation. The home was clean, comfortable, adequately stocked and a perfect location for us. Would definitely stay there again if needed.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to stores, food, and gas, etc. Everything was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked. We would love to stay at this property again!
This was the perfect house for a family stay for UNR graduation. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and close to campus.Only improvement could be to make sure there are enough place settings and silverware for the number of people the house sleeps. We picked up paper plates and plastic silverware so all was well.
Only thing we found displeasing was the cleanliness of the unit. Found toys and candy under beds when we went for our clean up. Also the air filter would be a good thing to change more frequently. Altogether the unit was satisfying for the family. Thank you
The house itself is in pretty good condition, relatively new with good facilities. The issue is with the level of cleanliness, maintenance of equipment and amenities provided. We were horrified to discover a clump of hair and stains on the master bedroom sheets. When we called the number, we got through to a foreign call-center who asked that we contact a local caretaker. The caretaker did not respond until the next morning. There was also only 1/2 of one roll of toilet paper. When we complained, they said they provided only a "starter kit", and that we essentially had to buy more toilet paper ourselves. The house had 3 TV's, none of which functioned. One remote literally had no batteries. The other TV gave errors when using Netflix. The 3rd TV had no remote at all. Lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance and poor communications marred our visit.
