Villa Eleonas is a magnificent, welcoming and brand new villa with private pool, beautifully set in the countryside of Armenoi and just a 10 minutes' drive away from the sandy beaches of Rethymno. Air-conditioned, finished to the highest standard, provided with 3 bedrooms, private pool, children playground, this villa will be a true oasis of peace for up to 6 guests. Offering great relaxation together with pleasant views over the virgin surrounding Cretan countryside as well as an unbeatable value for money, Villa Eleonas is designed to impress.

Inside, the villa is set over one floor, therefore it is the ideal choice both for families or groups of friends and is air-conditioned. Beautifully furnished with taste and style and incredibly airy, the property has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 WC and a large lounge with adjoining kitchen. The spacious lounge also has a comfortable sofa bed (for the 7th guest), satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential for a self-catering holiday including 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dining table. Big patio doors open onto the pool facing patio. The 3 bedrooms are stylish and comfortable. All have double beds and en-suite shower rooms.

Outside, Villa Eleonas is incredibly attractive and well designed. Guests will be able to spend long hours relaxing under the shaded furnished patio, or splashing in the private pool for a relaxing dip. The private swimming pool measures 6m x 4m (depth 1.3m). Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided. A children playground with several toys is available for the guests to enjoy. For the lovers of outdoor dining, a brick-built barbecue is available as well as a shaded dining area. private parking within the premises.

Perfect stay in a premium Villa

We (Family with 3 little children) had a great time in this property. The company is very professional, keys are taken and left on a safe box. The house is newly built and furnished with taste and exquisite. Every room is designed/equipped like a five star hotel room with WC/shower, safe, hair dryer access to pool area etc. We loved the house, mountain views, perfect privacy and the pool. Everything is as seen in the pictures. veranda is really large with sitting place, and there were almost no mosquitos, the wheather was also fine with light winds as the villa is located on the mountains. So it was pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the evenings. There was also a maid service after 3rd day, house is cleaned and sheets were changed. House is close by Rethymno (15-20 minutes) which has many beaches, beach clubs and shopping in the old city. To the south, it takes 30-45 minutes to other attractive shores like Preveli, but beware the strong winds and long hiking down the mountain after parking.. Overall I recommend this Villa.
