For optimal convenience, the lower ground features an Annex with an additional kitchenette, great for extended families and grandparents. On the north coast, this property is conveniently located near the historic centre where there are ancient fortresses, paved alleyways, and a variety of shops to explore. Important Information - Please be advised that the property features low walls within the terrace grounds. Please ensure that children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. The outside space is accessed via a series of steps from the main house. From the house to the BBQ area, there are 7 steps, then a further 9 steps to the poolside. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 76cm, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
