We loved that the hotel was pet friendly, but was extremely frustrated with where they decided to place our room. Knowing that we had two children and a dog, made us extremely upset we were put with a large group of young hockey boys. The hotel had lots of availability so the fact that we were put in between a large group with two kids

The Sandman was all we needed for the night. Despite the rear building looking run down from the outside, the rooms in it were surprisingly big, well furnished, clean, nice bed, and nicely decorated. Not walkable to downtown, but only a 5 minute drive to restaurants, coffee, and cute shopping in a ski town. Its not glamourous, but we'd definitely stay again.

We were able to check-in early which was great after a very long day. We were in the second building and it was very quiet. Rooms are decent with no complaints. Gym was good with lots of weight options and some cardio equipment. We needed to print something and the staff were very wonderful and helpful from the moment we arrived. Location isn't right in town but not a far walk. Overall a nice quiet evening.

Considering the Inn was slammed with a large line of customers due to a highway closure the front desk staff was very pleasant to all. The Sandman Inn has a very nice bicycle lock up and even has tools if needed. This was greatly appreciated.
