Was given our first room, heater was not working, got into second room. Also minimal heat. When checking out we informed staff and they neglected to try and justify nor give a discount. Our nights were very cold with it being -30 outside

Pretty Rough
Second time staying. Overall pretty rough for the price. The staff is very professional and helpful so no issues there. However the room was in dire need of renovations and had a pretty funky smell (cheap cleaner?). The bathroom had hairs in it and was not well cleaned. Also the pool was closed for renovation which was frustrating considering it was the only reason I booked the place because we were traveling with a toddler. (To be fair they were offering free passes to the aquatic center but the last thing I wanted to do was put the kid back in the car). Also the key cards didn’t work the first time around. Overall, for me it’s not worth the few bucks saved now that there are more and more options in Revelstoke so we will not be coming back.
