The Space:
This cosy, bright apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 people and is the perfect choice for a family holiday by the sea! The superbly furnished, functional living space consists of a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The subdued colour palette and turquoise accessories, emphasise the unique and peaceful atmosphere of the place. The bedroom has a desk that allows guests to work remotely in comfort. The rooms are filled with natural daylight, which introduces a positive atmosphere. From the lounge area you can step out onto the sunny balcony, equipped with garden furniture, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to each arrival. Guests travelling with pets are welcome here, the apartment is pet-friendly. There is also an allocated parking space in the underground car park (maximum height 2 m).

The gated estate has a public spa and a bowling alley, both of which are available for an additional fee. In addition, thanks to the apartment's convenient location, guests can take full advantage of the city, literally everything is at their fingertips here. Within a short distance, there are many restaurants such as Seaside Restaurant & Bar - 400 m or Amida Restaurant - 1.2 km, offering a variety of specialities of the region. The nearest grocery shop is 750 m from the apartment, so our guests will be able to stock up on all the necessary products. Sports enthusiasts will be pleased to know that only 600 m from the property there is a rope park, where they can spend time pleasantly surrounded by nature.
