Walking distance from Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre and Sun Voyager sculpture. The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, laundry and kitchen facilities. Extra comfortable bed and a sofa bed. While being downtown, everything you need is right around the corner.



The Space:

Primary apartment that accommodates 4 people. It features premium furnishing, flat-screen TV, extra comfortable bed and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen includes a coffee machine, stove and microwave. The private bathroom has a shower and is stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The apartment comes with free wifi.



Kitchen – Includes dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, stove, electric kettle, microwave and all the cookware necessary to make a meal.

Keflavik International Airport is located 50 km from the property.

Getting Around:

There is very good bus access in this area. The public bus stops at Bíó Paradís, which is in 2 min. walking distance and the Airport Transfer has a drop-off location 7 min. away (Bus stop 9 - Snorrabraut).



There is no free street parking by the property, as this is on the main shopping street but there is good paid parking spots nearby that are free overnight.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, which may be challenging for guests who have difficulty with stairs or are traveling with heavy luggage. We recommend considering this when planning your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this stylish and perfectly located apartment! The design details are fabulous, the location is central and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We cannot wait to come back!

Great Iceland get-away

Beautiful apartment in a prime location. We could walk to great restaurants and enjoyed the shopping. It was easy to get to the bus stop and the instructions for check in were great.

Lovely, clean, and perfectly situated

The super clean apartment was perfect for my husband, myself, and teenager. Super comfortable with all the amenities. The check in instructions did not work for us, but fortunately cleaning staff were there and they let us in and showed us the key. Excellent location.

Great location in the heart of Reykjavik

There were two adults in our party. The one bedroom apartment in the heart of Reykjavik suited us perfectly. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed and included a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and bathroom toiletries. Perfect location. Once we parked the car upon checking in, we did not drive again till it was time to leave. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend staying here. Parking can be quite challenging. Only one small quibble. The property manager told us that parking in P1 spots was limited to 3 hours. When we initially parked in a P1 spot on a Saturday morning , the ticket indicated it was good till Monday morning. We assumed that was a mistake and moved the car however it appears the 3 hour limit does not apply over weekends. Would recommend this be made clearer to visitors.
