Below Expectations

Knowingly paid premium price to stay at this hotel. The restaurant was good and room was satisfactory, however issues I found was as follows: (1) Rooms are not equipped with bottled water. Do you expect to use water in the bathroom to use in the coffee maker (2) Airport shuttle service is extremely poor. I enquired a day early told they are fully booked for the morning.Knowning that the mornings are busy, why is there not more frequent service with additional vehicles? Had to rely on private taxi. (3) The food selection for breakfast is below par, especially paying a premium price for the stay (4) Restaurant menu is the same, no different selection, if you stay more than a day and your vegetarian, you will struggle with the menu and end up having the same food.

Great hotel. Clean, roomy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant next doir had a good selection of food. Hotel is close to KEF, but otherwise not much around. Would stay there again for a layover.

Stayed here after a late arrival at KEF. Comfortable rooms, great staff. Convenient location if you have an early departure or late arrival. We didn’t eat at the hotel but our friends had pizza delivered.
