Fast and efficient at the front desk. Breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Bar in the hotel. In person the hotel seemed on a smaller scale than pictured.

So this is not close to downtown Reykjavík. By bus it is 45 minutes away by care 20-25 online and at the front desk it is advertised as 15 minutes. The hotel breakfast was beyond basic but overall poor quality. The juice machine was giving watery juice and there were flies around. Nothing tasted fresh but rather made the day before. The rooms are cheaply furnished like dorm room furniture and the black out curtains aren’t long enough to be funny black out but the building is mostly glass so it makes me think it must have been an office before. I went to three different hotels in Iceland and this was the worst but prices similar so I’m disappointed. The front desk personally were nice but not there often. I wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Pictures are much nicer online.

Great staff. The receptionist was very friendly. The shower steamed up quite a bit with no fan, but we just opened the window afyerwards.

The staff were very helpful! The receptionist helped us with an early check in which we’re so grateful for! I wish I had her name to call out to appreciate her assistance. That made our overall stay an incredible experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was cleaned daily, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they even prepared us a to go breakfast since we were checking out before breakfast hours. Their attention to detail really made our trip special.

Comfortable and convenient

Clean, modern, comfortable. Breakfast started at 7 am which was too late for our flight but things tend not to get started too early in Iceland. Plenty of free parking, comfortable suite. Beds a little soft. Lots of plugs to charge devices.

We felt welcomed and the staff were eager to help. Hotel is spotless but very basic. Good for an overnight . Its on a direct route to the international airport. The have a very nice continental breakfast.

We needed to check in early due a medical issue. Our room wasn’t available but just as we were about to leave the hotel staff ran out to tell us it was available. She got us checked it, ordered a morning breakfast, and got us situated. Absolutely the BEST customer service. This was on August 12th at 3:00. She was absolutely the most kindest person during our trip.

Nice accommodations and excellent breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. The area is quiet. Our recommendation is to extend the sauna hours. We were looking forward to enjoy the facilities but it closed at 6 on Sunday. It would be nice to have it available until 10-11 pm.
