A beautiful and luxurious 72m2 apartment at Laufasvegur 58(we have 2 identical apartments 72fm) with over 70 reviews, 99% 5 star. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms,a large bedroom ensuite bathroom with a french-balcony into the quiet garden and another bedroom with bed 180x200cm size, a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish dining area and living room, a large sitting room with, (Netflix tv) and a luxurious 2 bathrooms . It is ideal for up to 2 couples.
The location is simply perfect: The apartments are in a quiet and charming street (Laufasvegur) that also hosts the German and British embassies and some of Reykjavik most sought after villas, and still you are only a 5 minutes walk from the vibrant city centre. You have the main shopping streets, embassies, art and cultural establishments and the most popular restaurants, pubs and night clubs in Reykjavik all within an easy walking distance.

The apartments have recently been refurbished 2025 with quality furniture and every conceivable comfort.

nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet apartement confortable et moderne.. Il est parfaitement bien situé à cÎté du BSI terminal des bus ..il est pratiquement au centre de la ville , et pourtant dans une rue calme... Nous avons beaucoup aimé ..

Jonas went above and beyond by buying new bedding that didn't contain down and feathers since we had requested it due to my allergies. The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped, quiet, and with a great central location within easy walking distance to shopping and main attractions.

Nice Place to Stay

This apartment is in a great location in Reykjavik. It was easy to walk to different places in the city for sight seeing and restaurants. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The apartment is small but we didn't need a big place as we were out a lot. The keyless entry was a really nice feature. A few of the listing photos could use an update but we were still happy with the apartment. Our only suggestion is that there needs to be room darkening blinds and new pillows for the beds as they were really flat. However, we'd definitely recommend this as a cozy place to stay.

outstanding!!

Excellent communication with the owner for a perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath within walking of downtown shopping & restaurants! East access with a door code and upgraded inside! Dark shades for summer 24 hour sun (side curtains would've made it really dark). Only complaint was it was too hot and we couldnt figure out how to get anything but youtube on TV! (written instructions for heater control including the bathroom and how to work the tv channels wouldve been great! I would definately rent it again.

Great apt & location

Great apt, floor plan, & location. Nicely decorated. Weird bathroom opening at top let lots of light into front bedroom whenever someone turned light on in bathroom. Thin windows let all the noise in from traffic &pedestrians.

Great location

We greatly enjoyed the location. We had great access to the downtown and outlying areas. The place is small but worked well for us. It does have one bathroom (we were confused and thought it had two), but it was not a problem. Would seriously consider staying there again. Owner was easy to work with.

Great location and very helpful host!

The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to city center, 8 minute walk to the big church, and grocery store. Did not even use my rental car unless we wanted to go see the waterfalls. Jonas the host was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond when we had questions about the next leg of our trip. Could not recommend this place and host more.

Perfect location

Apartment was perfect for my family of four. Walking distance to downtown made enjoying the city easy and fun. And it served as a great home base for exploring other areas like the Golden Circle. Having access to laundry was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Great place in a great city!

Great place to stay! A short walk to everything in town.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels, Toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels too. Owner supplied us with coffee for the press and espresso. Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom! Plenty of space for 3 of us (sisters). The pull out bed in the LR was comfortable too. Had a great time!

Great communication, apartment is very nice and in a great location (with free street parking). Bathroom is amazing, beds are comfy; one is soft and one is firm, so you can find your preference. Kitchen is well set up and even has some condiments (salt, oil, sugar, etc) Perfect apartment for the three of us, highly recommended😀

Lovely property in nice neighborhood

Our family of 3 enjoyed staying at this property! The property was very spacious, so much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel! We liked being able to cook some meals, but there were some restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. We had some issue with connecting to the wifi, the owner was very responsive and came over to check on the issue. We would stay here again!

Nice Apartment Centrally Located

This was a great unit. It was perfect for our family of three. Right by a park with a lake and a short walk to the church area (Hallgrimskirkja) with numerous shops and restaurants. Especially enjoyed walking to ReykjavĂ­k Roasters and the cinnamon rolls at Braud & Co. Owner is very attentive and the unit has all the basics needed to enjoy the stay and do some cooking.
