All of our apartments are unique and individually styled. 
Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture.

The Space:
A commodious 4 Bedroom apartment of 110m2. The apartment can lodge up to 10 guests. The bedding is arranged with 2 single beds in the first and second bedrooms, and in the third and fourth bedrooms double or 2 single beds can be arranged + 1 single bed. The apartment has three private bathrooms with a shower.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, cooking facilities and tea/coffee maker.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space for 6! 3 bathrooms, which was great!! The location was perfect, shops, restaraunts, corner grocery, bakery, everything you need. Would stay again!

Perfect location, perfect for friends

We couldn't have picked a better location for our Reykjavik stay. We were in the heart of the tourist area and food, drink, and fun were just steps away. There were 6 of us total in the 4 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy.

Excellent spot for a family in the heart of the city

We traveled with our family in March 2025. This location was in the perfect spot, right in the middle of the action, so we were close to restaurants and bars as well as shopping. The three bathrooms and multiple bedrooms made it perfect for our group, And the accommodations were super clean and comfortable. .

Great location! It does get a little noisy at night because it is right downtown, so you hear the nightlife. But if that doesn't bother you, this is a great place to stay. It's clean and the owner is quick to respond to communications. The location can't be beat.

The unit was great and a good value for a four bedroom, three bath unit. There were minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The unit was clean and the host was very responsive every time I messaged them with questions. Parking was a challenge but is not surprising given the city location.

Stay 2 nights here before our cruise. Perfect downtown location. 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites.

Check in was easy. We arrived early but we were able to store our luggage. Elevator was not easy to find and very very small. But we finally found it. Our only issue was the sulphur smell of water. But we got thru it. Would definitely recommend for families or couples travelling together.

The apartment felt grubby and very basic although the beds were clean. We could not get the hot water to work. It would also have been really helpful if they had made clear that not having roaming switched on on my phone would be a problem as access/door codes were sent via message and did not arrive via email. My phone was in airplane mode to avoid exobitant charges and we ended up having to call the helpline. The help we received was reasonable and the issue was resolved, but hassle could have been prevented in the first place.

Location was great. Right downtown in the walking zone. Noisy most nights because of the many nightclubs in the area that are open until early morning hours. We had an issue with the showers in all three bathrooms and the host said they would send maintenance over, but we were there a week and no one came to fix them. One did not work at all and the shower head on the other two kept falling down. Overall, we were comfortable and the beds were very good. If anyone wants to be near the action, this is the place to stay.

I expected this to be a lively, urban apartment and prepared for the noise, which was incredibly loud. I did not expect the place to be unclean or lacking some of the very basic necessities like fitted sheets. Here are some of the things we encountered:- The dishwasher was completely missing.- The curtains in one bedroom were broken and refastened in a way that left about 1 foot of the window completely uncovered. Due to 18hrs of daylight, we couldn't sleep in the room.- As a solution to the above situation, we tried to pull one of the mattress toppers into the darkened living room. Upon moving the topper, I exposed a sheet with a pee stain. - Most of the mattresses were completely exposed underneath a sheeted-mattress topper; the beds did not have full linens, only toppers.- The shower in the primary bedroom was leaking. Someone was sent to address the leak, which I appreciate; however, they left a pile of soaking wet towels that I had used to clear up the puddle.- Externally, there was a condom on the lobby floor and we witnessed someone pee on the rooftop patio located outside of the bedroom window.
