Situated on the hillside leading to Asklipeio, offering glorious views along the coastline from Lardos as far as Gennadi and Lachania, Villa Elios Mare is the second new villa just completed by the owners of Villa Elios Residence.
Beautifully designed and equipped with great love and care by the owner, Villa Elios Mare is supremely comfortable with earthy, relaxing tones. The owners have spared no cost nor attention to detail when completing this lovely house. With two bedrooms on the upper level with ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony offering panoramic views out to sea
The spacious ground floor is given over to a very comfortable sitting room with dining area and excellent fully fitted kitchen, all beautifully designed with gorgeous details. Outside there is a gorgeous, private pool and generous terrace with sunbeds. In addition, a shaded terrace with comfortable outdoor seating and of course outdoor dining thanks to the barbecue area.
Being just a short uphill distance from Kiotari (a couple of minutes in the car or 20 mins on foot) from here you have easy access down to the fabulous beach, laid back beach bars and restaurants. From Villa Elios Mare you can also explore further inland to discover the more traditional delights of the hillside villages including Asklipeio and Gennadi within a very short distance.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 91cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 91cm wide. The outdoor area is flat with a mixture of tiles and lawn, this can be seen in the images. The area around the pool is tiled, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 81cm wide, and the shower room door is 80cm wide.
