Spacieux, lumineux et agrĂ©able appartement de 110 mĂštres carrĂ©s sur un seul niveau, entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© en 2016, disposant d’un grand garage privatif pouvant recevoir aisĂ©ment votre voiture, vos motos, vos vĂ©los

IdĂ©alement situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage d’une maison de village, cet appartement se trouve dans une rue calme Ă  1 minute Ă  pied du centre historique et commerçant de RibeauvillĂ©. Il dispose d’une cuisine toute Ă©quipĂ©e, ouverte sur la salle Ă  manger, le salon, le tout d'une surface de 50 mĂštres carrĂ©s, orientĂ©s sud et Ă  la vue dĂ©gagĂ©e.
Il se compose de 3 chambres Ă  coucher, l'une de 10m2 avec un lit double de 140x190, la seconde de 14m2 avec un lit double de 160x200, et la troisiĂšme de 15m2 avec deux lits d'une personne de 90x190, d’une salle de bain avec douche de 90x140, d’un WC sĂ©parĂ© ainsi que d’une lingerie Ă©quipĂ©e d’un vĂ©lo d’appartement et d’un stepper.
Afin de trouver un gĂźte d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, je vous facturerai un supplĂ©ment de 60€ correspondant au forfait mĂ©nage "fin de sĂ©jour" , payable lors de votre arrivĂ©e.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. Spacious, quiet, and just one street over from the main street of interest. Anne and her husband were easy to stay in touch with and responsive to our needs. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Garage a pleasant plus in this town where parking is an issue. We would happily return here should we stay in Ribeauville again.

An amazing host and beautiful apartment!

This property is spacious, clean, well equipped and a great location. Having access to the on site garage is an asset rarely enjoyed and a great convenience. Anne is a very gracious, helpful and considerate host, always quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again

Very pleasant stay

Perfectly equipped apartment. It has all kind of dishes, kitchen machines, pans, a proper kitchen.... Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. We very well received by the owner of the apartment. The location is also quite convenient in the middle of the old town but also close to the park. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

Staying in Ribeauville

We have a lovely time here. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children. It was very clean, well organized and quiet. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and Ribeauville is so beautiful, especially in the spring. There was an incredible playground for the children. The garage was very useful for cars and bikes as well. Anne was so charming and interested in her guests and making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay!

We could not have hoped for a more perfect place to stay for Christmas. The house is situated in a quiet street, close to Grande Rue. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Our hosts Anne and Philippe were very generous and friendly. Happy to answer any of our questions. Even going so far as giving us a Bouche NoĂšl on Christmas Eve. We can not recommend Staying here highly enough!

A perfect home away from home

This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has English cable channels as well as streaming channels and the kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental. There are parking spaces included which is a huge benefit in the small towns on the Wine Road. The host Anne was excellent in her communication and assistance during our stay and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Alsace.

A warm welcome and excellent accommodation

The apartment is stylishly furnished, well equipped and was spotlessly clean. It is located in a peaceful street a very short walk from the centre of the pretty town. Ribeauvillé is a convenient base to explore the area and the large garage below the apartment is a bonus in a town with narrow streets. We received an extremely warm welcome from the owner, Anne, who gave us many helpful suggestions of places to visit and recommended restaurants in the town. Go in spring or fall, not in summer

The apartment is very nicely modernized and very well equipped (incl. dishwasher, washing maschine), abd the host is very nice and helpful. But: neither Ribeauville as a town nor the apartment itself are suitable for vacationing in the hot summer season. Vitually all restaurants shut down outside the main lunch and dinner hours and certainly after 9:00 pm. After that they do not even serve any more drinks. So one has little choice but to drudge back to the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no balcony or terrace or garden where to sit with a drink. The afternoon sun blares onto the windows and heats up the sitting room. There is no air conditioning, and the two ventilators provided are not much help. The bedroom windows open to another house less than 4 feet away, so opening them is not an option. In short: Ribeauville and the apartment are probably very nice in spring and autumn, but not at all recommended in the height of summer. Two final remarks, one especially for older folks: the apartment is reached via a steep 20-step staircase, no easy task with a suitcase. And the garage will not hold two SUV-sized cars.

The perfect home base!

We had a fantastic stay at Anne's property in Ribeauville. It was in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore and get to know the village. The town itself is central to all the places we wanted to see in Alsace and because it had a big spacious garage that was easy to access, it made renting a car & road tripping around the area so easy. The home itself is one floor up (above the garage) and checked so many boxes: mod cons in the kitchen, shower room separate from toilet room, duvets, lots of seating, spacious common areas, lovely decor, quiet at night, and more. Anne was a wonderful host - waiting for us when we arrived and on call whenever we needed her, in whatever way worked best for us technologically (ie without mobile on hand, I relied instead on What's App). Special treats from her and such a friendly, helpful attitude were much appreciated! If I had to call on anything for future improvement, it would be to offer Netflix (or a connector cable to iPads to the TV) so that people limited in French would have options to watch on TV. But we had so much to explore outside that it wasn't a major issue...just a suggestion for evolution. Overall, it was one of the best rental experiences I've had. And Ribeauville itself was a superb town to set roots in ... not too busy (like Strasbourg & Colmar would have been) but still full of adorable, charming buildings and with all the basics we might need: restaurants, wineries, small grocery stores, bakeries, boulangeries, shops for tourists and locals, a market, a chocolate making facility/store - the list goes on and on... the perfect balance of small town charm and urban conveniences. So happy with our choice in the town and in the property.

SĂ©jour parfait. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille 4 adultes et 2 ados et tout le monde Ă©tait ravi. L’appartement est spacieux , lumineux et trĂšs fonctionnel. Un grand merci Ă  Anne pour toutes ces attentions et ses conseils pour passer un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans cette belle rĂ©gion.L’appartement est parfait, propre, trĂšs bien situĂ© et proche de tout les commerces. Le grand garage est vraiment un plus pour garer la voiture.Je recommande sans hĂ©siter ce logement , vous ne serez pas déçus.

Une location top, une décoration avec goût, une qualité générale, un grand plus le garage pour cet emplacement dans Ribeauvillé, un souhait du fait plaisir, une propriétaire hyper sympathique, médaille d'or pour ce gßte. Merci ANNE

Vraiment le sĂ©jour idĂ©al !! L'annonce correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, l'appartement est magnifique et d'une propretĂ© impeccable et l'hĂŽte d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse et extrĂȘmement serviable et arrangeante. Je recommande les yeux fermĂ©s. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
