The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by.

I recently had a concerning experience during my check-in at Oasis Tower Hotel in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The receptionist requested my personal ID (CPF) and, to my surprise, had access to inaccurate personal information, such as my former job details. When questioned, she claimed the hotel's system was interconnected with the "Receita Federal" for security purposes, and to confirm that I was not a fugitive. However, the option to rectify the incorrect data on the spot raised eyebrows. This raises serious privacy and security concerns. If you value your personal information, exercise caution when providing details during check-in. I recommend guests double-check the accuracy of the information collected and consider alternative options for accommodations. Stay vigilant and prioritize your privacy!

Escolhi o hotel por ser anunciado que as camas eram tamanho king, todos os quartos com cama de casal, do mais barato ao mais caro. Para mim isso é importante!! E nenhum dos quartos era. Reservamos o quarto standard , mas tivemos upgrade para o prime suite. Nesse quarto o ar não estava funcionando, esperamos uns 30 minutos para ter certeza antes de solicitar a troca, pois estamos extremamente exaustos da viagem, nós chegamos no hotel as 2 da madrugada. Como ainda estava muito quente ligamos na recepção, que foi a única experiência boa, do recepcionista APARECIDO, muito atencioso. Trocamos de quarto, esse demorou um pouco, mas refrescou o suficiente para dormir. Em nenhum dos quartos que ficamos a cama era KING, e também o colchão é muito ruim, ja tem aqueles buracos de muito uso, oque deixou o sono ainda pior. Acredito que o hotel precise de um pouco mais de manutenções. O ar do quarto que acabamos dormindo pir exemplo não tinha a aleta horizontal. Único ponto positivo que vi, comparando com todos os hotéis que já fiquei, foi o edredon. Estava cheiroso, na maioria dos hotéis é cobertor, e não sei se é por conta de sempre estar armazenado em sacos plásticos, sempre tem um cheiro ruim.
