PET - ON REQUEST POSSIBLE (MAX 2 PETS) In the immediate vicinity of the Saaler Bodden awaits you a beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment complex with 3 cottages and 2 apartments in a cozy atmosphere. Directly under the thatched roof you can really feel good and let your mind wander. The proximity to the Saaler Bodden is just a highlight. The bathing area at the nearby Bernsteinsee with water skiing & wakeboarding is less than a 5-minute walk away. The amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten with its many shops is 2 km away. Ideally located for hiking, cycling or Nordic walking. The paths for cycling, hiking and Nordic walking lead here past lush meadows and reed beds. Nestled in this charming landscape, away from the floodlit traffic and the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 7 km from the house.

FK04:
2018 COMPLETELY RENOVATED AND MODERNLY FURNISHED The apartment "Melina" with approx. 50 m² of total living space is located on the ground floor and was completely renovated in 2018 and lovingly furnished. It is available for up to 2 people. Pets are welcome. You enter the apartment and enter a small hallway. From the hall you can enter on the one hand the bathroom or the living area. The shower room is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, a modern vanity and large, illuminated mirror, toilet and towel radiator. In the living area with flat screen TV, sideboard, 2 couches and a small coffee table, you can access through the patio door to the patio in the courtyard.  From the living area you continue into the modern furnished kitchen. Overlooking the courtyard you can enjoy your meals at the cozy dining area. Integrated into the fitted kitchen are a fridge, a small freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are just as natural as sufficient crockery and cutlery. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a flat screen TV.  On the terrace with patio furniture in the courtyard, you can end the evening in peace. The beach chair standing there can be shared. Electricity and water costs are included in the rent. Internet / Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge. A car parking space and a lockable storage room for your own or rented bicycles are available during your stay. Bed linen is provided free of charge during your stay. Please do not forget to bring towels. If required, towels are also available for a fee.   We charge a deposit of 150 euros according to the terms and conditions. The reimbursement is made without damage.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
