Room was clean, water hot, breakfast warm, and Deep at the front desk did a great job of dealing with system issues caused by Azure. For the price this is an easy choice for our next visit to Richmond.

Quick stop for overnight stay heading south. Only there for 7 hrs. Really cannot give accurate review but hotel served our purposes plus allowed us to bring our large dog.

The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am in the morning waking up the entire hotel. I wanted some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and got simply weak excuses upon check out at the front desk. Unacceptable!
