Immaculate apartment with well stocked kitchen, bath linens and bath products. Lots of local restaurants and a market for groceries. This will be our future go to place when we are in Richmond. The owner(s) were easy to communicate with and check in was very simple. Loved our stay.

Great location, great apartment

Unit was newer and well kept. Bed was comfortable. Lots of room in all spaces. Private entry off the street available which was a plus when loading/unloading. Recommend highly.

We found everything as described. The neighborhood provides some Cafes/Restaurants but is not too busy at nights. The contact with the host was uncomplicated and quick. Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot

The property was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. Ten minutes from dowtown/VCU and 5 minutes from I 64 on ramp to Williamsburg or I 95 on ramp to points north/south of Richmond. The apartment had all the amenities and was very clean. The host was gracious and very helpful too. Appreciate the bottle of wine also to start our weeken off right. Thanks!

Great, Mostly Wheelchair Accessible Spot

We had a great time staying here. The location is fantastic. The apartment itself is very spacious. We had four adults staying in the space- two used the couch bed. The bathroom has two entrances (one from the hall and one from the bedroom). Accessibility: this VRBO is mostly accessible. For context, one of our party uses a manual wheelchair. One of the entrances to the apartment is accessible coming up some ramped walkways in the courtyard. The accessible entrance door and bedroom door are extra wide. The bathroom doorways were also plenty wide, however the washer/dryer stick out into the bathroom entrance off the bedroom. Those with wider chairs will need to use the other bathroom entrance off the main hall. The bathroom is decently spacious and our party member had no issues maneuvering in the space. The shower is NOT accessible, which we knew ahead of time. It does have a removable shower head. Our party member has the ability to transfer to the floor and was able to use the shower that way. There are no rails or benches in the shower. The toilet has a generous amount of space in front (check listing pictures). There are no rails by the toilet and you would be largely using the sink counter to hold onto. The bed is low to the floor (win!) but there is a bit of a gap between the bed frame side and where the mattress starts-- very workable. You cannot access the other side of the bed. Overall, it worked out super well for us. We hope to be back soon! Thank you!!

Lovely apartment and neighborhood!

We were plesantly surprised by the functionality and amenities at the apartment, which was more spacious than we thought and provided everything we needed. The neighborhood was amazing too! We went to the nearby restaurants and the ice cream we got from the place in the same building as this apartment was out of this world! If we come to Richmond again, we will absolutely stay here!

A little gem in Churchill

We knew the apartment was going to be small so that was no surprise. It was fine for my husband and me. I had spinal surgery recently so I use a wheelchair. I was able to easily move around the apartment but it’s a smaller wheelchair. We had a first floor apartment with two entrances / exits, one to the street and one to the interior courtyard. The kitchen was small but had almost everything we needed. We couldn’t find a colander but one magically appeared. Well maybe it wasn’t magic. We called Daniil and got a super quick response. Oh! I almost forgot. There was a very nice bottle of red wine on the kitchen counter when we entered the apartment the first time. We had a great stay! P. S. It was also very nice having a ramen restaurant, an ice cream shop (ice cream made on the premises) , and a juice bar, all part of the building. AND a shop across the street selling French pastries and coffee. OK, I’m done!
