This place is a wonderful opportunity to relax and to discover Tasman/Nelson surroundings. Moreover the night sky is perfect for stargazing! Lots of hiking possibilities (Able Tasman Nationalpark close by) skiing in winter, water sports, bars/restaurants, mall and all kind of different activities.
