Hotel was fairly new. Upon checking in I had reserved a King bed and was issued 2 x queen beds. When I went to inquire, I was told they sold out and that the double queen room is more expensive and I would have to deal with it. One of the beds had several fake eye lashes on the sheets when I pulled back the covers. The other bed had a brown stain on the covers where the pillow was located. I always take a couple squares of toilet paper, wet it and wipe on the floor whenever I check in to see how dirty thew floor is to determine if I want to walk barefoot on it or not. When I did this, the paper was filthy. Needless to say, I used my flip flops. The overall appearance was nice and it was decorated quite well. I guess my biggest complaint was that the staff would always smoke outside the back exit/entrance door. And they liked to smoke that funky (weed) stuff. Every time I would walk outside I would get a contact buzz. lol. Every time they would come inside they would stink up the hallway. If I owned this hotel, I would fire anyone that couldn't pass a drug test or was caught smoking weed on the property. I suppose the owners do not care as it happened ever day we were there.
The hotel appears to be a new facility. Everything was nice, neat & clean. Staff was courteous and friendly.
The room was nice and spacious!
Perfect for our one night stay!
Just a 1 night stay that was SUPERB. Location, comfort and cleanliness were excellent. Easy parking, nice check in, pleasant smell throughout (one of our sensitivities), large comfortable bed, ample size refrigerator and TV, full size step in shower. Room was fully dark with the window shade down (another sensitivity), air conditioning was comfortable and fairly quiet. Price was way better than any other hotel in the airport area. We loved it!
We arrived to a room that was 79 degrees and a broken thermostat. We went right back downstairs and the front desk guy came up and fiddled with it. We went out came back an hour later and it was still 78 degrees. Came back up to ‘fix’ it. Assured us it would work this time and that there was no other room option an available. It did finally cool off but it took several hours. This is a 2 month old hotel. It was dirty. There were sticky spots of food on the floors near the elevator that were still there the. Ext morning when we checked out. Had the air worked properly, this would have been an okay place to stay for the money and the amount of time that we were there.
I liked that they replaced your towels every day, and the place was extremely clean. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering all of our questions. Awesome place and affordable
My stay was for a brief visit in the area for the July 4th holiday. My stay has been great at the hotel considering the price that I pay which is quite reasonable. I am disappointed that there is no pool or breakfast but it is acceptable. I think that at least coffee shouldn't be that much of a hassle however. Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff is quite nice and accommodating.

Disliked: Staff & service
Checking in issue.
I booked a room with two beds two months ahead, and the last day I am getting a call that my room’s AC is not working so I will get a room with one bed in it. This is not fair to someone who booked room two months before his trip. This was disappointing, specially when there was convention in Richmond and rooms were not available in any hotel of city. I had no choice other than to accept what I am getting at last moment.
Why do you have a sign that says, “We’ll always leave the light on for you!” and it’s not lit? Looks like you would make it a point to light it up. Place some water over there with cups for weary travelers. Thoughts.
Very nice hotel! Looks like it hasn’t been open very long; everything was fresh and new. We loved the kitchenette area and the new bathroom. The only downside was no carpet on the floor or even a rug in the bedroom area. That seemed weird and uncomfortable.

New and clean, but semi clueless
We came here for work, and the place looks great. Brand new building and very clean. Has good appliances, including a microwave air fryer combination. The issue we had was that some things were just not well finished from construction. Some handles were loose or didn't work perfectly. The plumbing had some issues. We advise the property and owners of our suggestions on how to fix things and make them better for guests, and we're pretty much blown off. We were told that they couldn't switch the refrigerator door hinge to the other side to allow better access in the kitchen because they had to go through Maytag. This should have taken their maintenance guy literally less than 5 minutes to just pop off and then put on the other side as it is a standard functionality of fridges in general and they are designed to do this easily. I was tempted to do it myself but then decided it wasn't my place. Our toilet wouldn't flush properly for 3 days and every day we ask them to take a look at it and they never did. The last day we were there it finally got clogged to the point where we couldn't use it. Some people complained about the water pressure, but it wasn't bad at all. Maybe a little light, but certainly usable and lots of hot water. And the shower was designed properly with the valve on the opposite wall from the shower head so that you can turn it on without getting blasted with cold water. We also had an issue that housekeeping frequently missed things, like refilling supplies.
