This was a convenient stop on our way down to South Carolina. It was the cheapest, nicest option. It is almost brand new construction, it was very clean and modern.

I stayed in Room 408 and was extremely disappointed. The room had a terrible sewer smell from the moment I walked in. When I brought it up to the front desk, the staff admitted they were already aware of the issue due to a sewer leak — yet they still chose to rent out the room without any warning or proper fix. Their only solution was to offer me a spray, which temporarily masked the odor for about five minutes before the stench returned. It's clear that a recent renovation was done, but unfortunately, it was poorly executed. If you're looking for a comfortable and restful stay, I strongly recommend finding another place. This hotel knew about a serious problem and did nothing meaningful to address it. Very disappointing experience.

The greeting at desk was very friendly, but could not get into my room the key did not work. Three tries later was able to get in,once in room had not been picked up.

Nice, new property. Staff was very nice. But let's face it you're in Rochester. People were using the hotel for room parties. People drinking and partying in the parking lot. Sketchy people lingering outside.
