The greeting at desk was very friendly, but could not get into my room the key did not work. Three tries later was able to get in,once in room had not been picked up.

Nice, new property. Staff was very nice. But let's face it you're in Rochester. People were using the hotel for room parties. People drinking and partying in the parking lot. Sketchy people lingering outside.

I had stayed at another motel just 6 3 days prior located bout an hour and a half away and the experience couldn’t have been more different. At that location, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the sink was clogged, and the floors were noticeably dirty. I never let my feet touch the ground. This location , however, was a completely different story refreshing in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. What a relief!

I was initially hesitant to stay at this hotel but all the reviews endorsed the friendly staff and cleanliness. I’m neutral on the staff - nothing great but nothing wrong. The room was really, really dirty though. Like multiple missed opportunities to clean. All surfaces were dusty or dirty. Long, dyed hair on the nightstand. The floor was so bad that I kept my shoes on the whole time. Bed was clean and bathroom was mostly clean (but not the floor). Overall okay stay but so easy to just dust, sweep or dust mop the room.

Overall good

The bowl is new, very clean, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the room was quite noisy, not too sure if we were hearing other people from other rooms. We could hear water running, toilets and showers through the wall. The location was very close to the airport and had a good amount of restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there are areas of the hotel that reek of marijuana (elevator) and there were a lot of people in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed when we arrived as well.
