Dilapidated property conditions were expected given the price but the room was not cleaned well. Strands of hair in the bathroom tub and towels. Stained bed cover. Kinda gross.

The room itself was nice. It was spacious as well. And relatively clean. Acquiring another pillow was a quick walk down to the front desk. Our problem with our stay was that the room was booked as "breakfast included", but there was NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED. I don't mind going into a situation knowing there won't be any, but not when there is space for it AND THE BOOKING SAID IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED. It is a real hassle to have to pack and then go find somewhere to eat when you expect the meal to be provided.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for there not being any breakfast offered during your stay with us. At the time of your stay we were waiting for our delivery truck to come in and the company was behind schedule with deliveries. When Expedia I also explained this to them and with deliveries it is out of the hotel's control as to when it will receive it's delivery.

Yikes

The entire hotel felt dirty. It smelled like smoke in the hallways and rooms. The walls were dirty and the linoleum in the bathroom was pealing away from the tub, leaving a huge dirty gap. It was just gross. The whole thing. The staff on the other hand were wonderful. Very nice and helpful.

Awful

From the start of the visit the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Once given the room, we found the microwave to be broken and the bathroom to be filthy. After being moved to a second room, with much chagrin from the front desk, we were satisfied until we realized a few hours later that we had been charged twice for the full price of the rooms. When we let the desk know they were again very rude and most unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
