Cute and Clean House. Family Friendly!

Welcome! This space is the main floor of a cute, clean, and quiet house. We have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a great big kitchen. The house sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. The house is at the end of a dead end street in a quiet neighbourhood and just a couple minutes away from grocery shopping and Rigby Lake. The house includes Wifi, one smart TV, full use of all kitchen appliances and dishes, and a big fenced in back yard.
We have a renters that live in the basement. They are amazing renters. Very quiet and clean. You won't even notice them there.
You will have full access to the entire upstairs, and the front and back yard.
I will be available to help with any questions or if you have any concerns. You can reach me by text, call or email.
The house is ready for you, equipped with anything you think you might need during a stay. It's truly a wonderful place!

Beds were fine but not as expected

We were able to sleep for the night which is mostly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, as mentioned in other reviews, dirt, mold, rust, and broken items were found throughout the property. The trampoline was broken, the showers were dirty, the bathmats looked used and dirty, stains on the towels, and the coffee maker did not work. Definitely not somewhere I would stay again or recommend.

Organized , supportive , respectful

Great people to work with both owners and the staff . Although , being a rental in Rigby Idaho,I didn’t care for the Presidents’ Day holiday increase in the amount for the stay, we had everything we needed for each room of the house.

Nice and Quiet

It is a quaint little place on a quiet street located just a few minutes off of highway 20. It's location makes a great home base for all the adventures that can take place in this part of Idaho. Comfortably fit my family of five and could easily accommodate more. We got here and it was snow covered so we didn't get a chance to check out the backyard but I did notice a trampoline and a nice big backyard a good place to throw a ball around if you so inclined to do so. I had minimal contact with the property management but when I did they were prompt in taking care of any concerns and very polite when needing me to move my vehicle for the tenant that lives downstairs. Overall good experience.

Very Pleased!

We got to the house at night in December, so it was very nice to walk into a heated home! It was clean, warm, and cozy with plenty of room for our group of 7! We loved the nice big kitchen, and having two bathrooms! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking, and a grocery store just down the road! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Our family had a great stay here. It was clean, had great backyard for the kids, and all the amenities we needed. Had very prompt communication with the manager and she was very helpful and understanding. Highly recommended.

Super Comfortable

This cute house was just as described. Comfy, super clean and lots of room to spread out. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Even without a/c we slept well. Bonus two bathrooms!
