Surf or play on one of Puerto Rico's best beaches. If you're looking to get away from traffic & high rise condos, this location is for you. Plenty to do and see in an exotic, funky & laid back atmosphere. Walk the beach for miles & find sea glass or other treasures. Come discover why Hwy 413 is known as the 'Road to Happiness' and the poster reads, 'Rincon--Puerto Rico's Best Kept Secret. More than a destination. A feeling. An attitude. An environment.' Your accommodations are great--entire top floor of a 3-story building so lots of windows & light and ocean views are incredible from most every room! There is a rooftop terrace with bath and beachside patio with stairs to the beach. A split unit A/C cools the main living spaces and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. If temperatures are in the mid 80's, I like to open the windows to let the outside in and the tropical breezes keep you comfortable year round with ceiling fans in all rooms. Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed & 3 twin beds. We have WiFi, Cable & Smart Roku TV and have fast enough speeds to stream and work from home. Rent surf boards next door and take lessons. This is life on the Beach in Rincon! Wake up & check the surf without leaving the bedroom. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Shop the fresh produce at Farmer's Market and pick up the fisherman's fresh catch. Watch Humpback Whales frolic from late January through early April from your dining table. Walk to great dining & night life. Can it get any better?

We enjoyed a great stay at Paradise @ Sandy Beach! Nice ocean views from the balcony through the palm trees, even better views from the roof deck one floor above. Direct beach access from the ground floor patio. Beach chairs and umbrella provided and lot of natural shade on the beach right out front. The unit itself was cozy and well equipped. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels/ linens provided. Great location - walking distance to Tamboo, Casa Islena, Casa Verde, Jack's Shack, Jakes Java, etc. If you're looking for a simple beach front stay in a great location, this is a good option!

A perfect location right on Sandy Beach. Great layout of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A/C, lots of beach gear (pop up tent for the infant), two umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, towels. The hosts were solicitous, great communicators. The kitchen, serviceable. Nice laundry facilities. Stunning roof deck with oven views and some shade. A lovely family vacation.

Incredible apartment on Sandy Beach! The third floor balcony alone is worth the stay, but add to that a well-equipped full kitchen, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two baths, a breezy living space, and the best view up and down the coast. Beach chairs and umbrellas, surfing lessons and rentals next door, and walkable restaurants and coffee make this the ultimate beach vacation.

Wonderful rental! Was just as described - and the views are just fantastic. The AC units in the bedrooms cooled them down quickly at night, and other than that, the ocean breeze kept the entire condo comfortable. The full-size washer/dryer in the kitchen area was a huge plus, and the available detergent was much appreciated. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided and were so nice not to pack. The property manager was prompt in answering some questions about beaches and restaurants, and her recommendations were spot-on! Our flight into San Juan was delayed, so we arrived in the dark, but the property manager's directions were great, and we arrived without issue! Check-in was a breeze, and we loved waking up with amazing ocean views every day. We stayed here in late December/early January, and while Sandy Beach had a red flag for most of our trip, it was still a busy beach and perfect for walking, reading in a beach chair, and cooling off. Jake's Java is a few minutes' walk down the street (great lattes!), and Tamboo Restaurant is just a couple of doors down. The rental is only a short drive (maybe 10 min?) into Rincon, and this was a great base to explore the area. Also close to Red Flamboyan, which was our favorite meal of the trip. :-) Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering staying in Rincon!

extremely great for our family. 5 and 7 year old kids. 5 steps down off the porch to the beach with amazing water and beach treasures to be found, it was an amazing week in paradise. it was also a a convenient jumping off point to other local beaches for snorkeling and a different feel than sandy beach. in the end sandy beach was our favorite and we spent most of our time directly in front of the condo on the beach or grilling on the rooftop. we want to go back every year now.

Checks off every thing on your list for a beach getaway

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 1st floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay

Our plan was to explore more of the surrounding area. We didn't do much of that because we loved the place so much. I have never returned from a vacation so relaxed. The breezes through the beautiful place, on the balcony, and on the roof were just heavenly.

Really is Paradise

Just a perfect week in the most perfect spot. Sandy beach is beautiful and great for swimming and close to surfing and snorkeling beaches. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be coming back!

Fantastic trip! Third time visiting Sandy Beach, first time staying in this condo. The mgmt company was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive. Condo was well appointed, clean, and the roof top terrace was great. We'd stay here again.

awesome location!

Stayed with my family, two small children incuded. We had an amazing time. The view from the windows and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleeo to the ocean waves was so lovely. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The house has a generator and air which was helpful. Erica and Ryan who manage the property where so easy to contact and so kind and helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone.
