Kuaotunu Beach House

In the peaceful seaside village of Kuaotunu.
There is large deck furnished for a Bbq and outdoor entertainment area with a beautiful view of the sea and the Blackjack Hill. Fully furnished house with a Queen bed down stairs as well as a Bathroom and laundry. On the upper level there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a third room with another double bed plus a single. Aircon and heating in lounge and queen rooms also well ventilated with plenty of windows, for lovely summer breezes but can also be warm and cozy in the winter. Plenty of space outside to park the boat.
All of this with just a two minute walk down to the beach.

Fantastic views overall great family batch

A great place to stay, has a lovely feel about it - awesome views and outdoor area. All of the family were in agreeance its a place we will return to. Good heating in all of the rooms and It is also great that there is the option for Pets - just not a fenced section so you would need to be aware of that. Thanks again

Kuaotuna Beach house

Great views - short walk to the beach. House was very clean and well equipped with everything that could be needed. A good place to explore further from - New Chums and the Blackjack beaches were highlights. The stairs leading to the top 2 bedrooms are a little difficult to negotiate especially in the middle of the night.

Relax and enjoy the views from the expansive deck...

A great property with plenty of room for us all. Excellent parking area for our boat. Quiet street and only a short walk to the beach. The deck was amazing with a table that seated 8 and outdoor furniture to relax on and enjoy the views. Bryce & Tracey were helpful and available if needed. We enjoyed the goodies left in the fridge for us thank you!

We want to go there again

We stayed in this house in December 2021. We are a family of 5 adults and one small dog. We all got incredible pleasure being in this house. Early mornings with a cup of coffee on a fabulous deck with a magical view. Silence and the sound of waves. The house is very clean. Everything you need for your stay is there. Excellent toilet and shower. The only thing I want to note is a slightly dangerous staircase. I think it's a bit dangerous if you are staying with kids. We had a small dog and a gate that shielded the deck into an enclosed space was enough. But a big dog will easily jump over it and can run away. So animals are allowed, but the area is not fenced. We will definitely return here, because we want to repeat this unforgettable time. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your cozy home. We wish you all the best and hope to see you again some time !

Wonderful view and modern bach

Everything you could from a holiday home need and more. The large deck is made for outdoor living, regardless of the weather. A short 2 min walk to the beach makes the location ideal.

Beautiful spot

Stayed here with my partner and family. We were so impressed with everything this place had to offer. Nice and clean bach with comfortable and spacious outdoor areas. Amazing location and ocean view. We were spoiled for choice with beaches and walks close by. Highly recommend this spot for a beach getaway!

Fabulous get away

View was spectacular! Photos promised so much and house delivered all of that and more! Everything we could possibly need had been thought of and was there. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, great shower, wonderful kitchen. Outdoor living area enormous and beautifully set up. We so appreciated being able to take our 2 tiny dogs. Hosts so obliging. Great communication. Loved it so much we booked another night! We would love to return again really soon. Highly recommend.

Best deck ever!

What a deck! What a view! We really enjoyed our stay here and loved that we could bike to Matarangi and take nature walks close by. The complimentary treats were amazing too. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic as always

It’s the second time we’ve been here and loved it both times. We had storms and sunshine and the property was great in all weather. Great view of lightning over the bay. Perfectly clean and well organised. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at the beach house

The beach house was the perfect location for us, only a few minutes from a boat ramp and equipt with a fish fileting bench. The house has the most amazing ocean view and was warm, cozy and clean. The property managers were welcoming and accommodating to us and our doggo. We will be back!

A home away from home

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at this Kuaotunu batch. The batch was really well situated with a 2min amble to gorgeous Kuaotunu Beach. The batch was really well appointed with great kitchen with everything you need and lots of living areas that extend right out onto the private deck with 180 degree views. It was an extra bonus that we could bring our furry family member (our dog Cookie) with us too. The hosts left some really thoughtful welcome beverages and snacks which was a lovely touch. We would love to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are phenomenal, making the climb up the hill completely worth it, and the house is well set up for getting beached as. Thoughtful touches from the hosts really made us feel at home, and we loved the visits from Cass and Pipi.
