Die Lage der Unterkunft ist eine Traum. Leider ist die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. An der Sauberkeit könnte man noch arbeiten, war aber im großen und ganzen ordentlich. Die Vermieterin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Spricht nur italienisch, was aber mit einer Echtzeit Übersetzungsapp kein Problem dar stellt.

Sensationelle Aussicht, tolle Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt und muffig. Alte unbequeme Betten und Kissen. Dusche verkalkt und unbrauchbar. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, jedoch konnten wir uns kaum verständigen und hatten Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, da nirgendwo angeschrieben. Am Abreisetag hat sie noch für Reinigungsmittel und Putzen 40 euro verlangt, obwohl Endreinigung im Preis inbegriffen war!

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Wunderschöne Natur, sehr ruhig und einmalig. Direkt an der Klippe. Inhaberin euserst nett aber die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, da es nicht angeschrieben war. Bettwäsche selber zu beziehen, alles alt und muffig. Dusche extrem verkalkt. Obwohl die Endreinigung inkl. war hat die Besitzerin 40 Euro für das Putzmittel verlangt(?!) Kein WLAN!

pro: - Ausstattung wie beschrieben - sehr schöne Aussicht, sauber contra: - Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch - Sohn der Vermieterin bewohnte Wohnung unter der Terasse, Zugang erfolgte über Terasse der Ferienunterkunft - Vermieterin kam jeden 2. Abend zum Gießen (auch mit Besuch), im Anschluss wurde sich am Ferienobjekt lautstark unterhalten - vor der Abreise mussten für Strom + Polizei 40 € entrichtet werden (Nachweis über Anmeldung wurde nicht erhalten; auch kein Perso hierfür verlangt)

Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr sch...

Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr schön, der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer beeindruckend. Die Whg ist u.E. nur f. 2 Personen nutzbar. Die Inneneinrichtung u. auch außen müßten gründlich renoviert werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Problemen / Fragen hilfsbereit (auch bei fehlendem Italienisch von unserer Seite). Reisetipps: Rio Marina hübsch, sehenswert Rio nell Elba, Porto Azzurro und CapoliveriGroßer Supermarkt ca. 3 km entfernt, sonst in P. Azzurro

Herrliche Lage mit Panoramablick

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, warmherzige Dame als Kontakt vor Ort, große Ruhe, wundervoller Garten, nur 10 bis 15 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum - wunderbar!

Atemberaubende Aussicht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. War ein toller Urlaub, Gerne wieder Reisetipps: Rio Marina ist eine verträumte kleine Hafenstadt.Unbedingt empfehlenswert wenn man seine Ruhe will.

Mit meiner Tochter und unserem...

Mit meiner Tochter und unserem Hund habe ich in der Woche nach Pfingsten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Elba verbracht! Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, einfach, klein, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ein Traum mit sensationellem Meerblick. Die Lage angenehm ruhig, und zwei kleinere Buchten mit Strand in zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe. Wer gerne einmal Wanderungen unternimmt, findet in der Region spannende Wege und großartige Aussichtspunkte. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schönes Domizil, sehr nette Vermieterin

Eine sehr hübsches Apartment mit Wahnsinns Terrasse, gut ausgestattet und eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer hilfsbereit ist. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Klippe mit einen traumhaften Blick, durch die Lage kein Mobiler Daten Empfang, der Ort Rio Marina ist zu Fuß erreichbar und man bekommt dort alles was man benötigt, auch Mobilen Daten Empfang. Zwei unvergessliche Wochen!
