you get what you pay for
The hotel had a strange smell that lingered in the hallways. The room was ok. During our stay we ran out of toilet paper and when my husband went downstairs to ask for a roll of toilet paper he was told that they did not have any. Which I think is a little absurd. In addition, we seen one of the house keepers in the hallway and asked if we could get some fresh towels in exchange for the dirty towels. We were told no, that we would need to go downstairs to replace our towels.
I was to stay at this hotel for 3 days however the first day of my stay I had to change the rooms three times first time because the room wasn't even cleaned when I got there second room the pillows and sheets were stained and then last room was not handicapped accessible which I had requested and also when I got up in the morning and turned on the light in the bathroom a roach ran across the floor I decided I cannot stay at this hotel any longer it only stayed for one day and went elsewhere. I was not going to make a scene at the counter I just said I'm not staying here I'm gone and gave them the key

Our reservation was given to someone else. We asked for early check in and they wanted to charge us $45. When we checked in the girl at the front desk said it was gone. I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and they had none available. I told the receptionist that is not what I paid for and she said it was not her problem (very rude) needs better customer service. She did not apologize or offer to assist us. Very unhappy customer!
The Hotel is in good location with lots of stores and restaurants. The room is very clean, friendly staff. Only complain would be the bed is bit squeaky. Other then that was a good experience.
Clean and comfortable, but no ice machine on site. There is a kitchen, but no dishes, utensils or a coffee maker. There is also only soap provided for hygiene products.
Check in was easy, BUT you can hear everything in the hallway the elevator beeps when it goes up/down. No blackout curtains just blinds thats dont block out any light.
