Underfloor heating (air source heat pump) included. Bed linen provided (supplement of €50 if beds are made).
Breakfast basket available for €9 per person for groups of 10 or more.
Full package at €320: beds made upon arrival, towels, complete cleaning (no need to make beds, tidy up, or take out the trash). Domaine de la Coulombrière is a 1-hectare property of meadows and woods reserved for the gîte. A perfect family gîte, everything is designed to keep children entertained, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety for young children and peace and tranquility for adults.

North and south-facing terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue/fire pit. Enclosed area with a playhouse, swing set, children's play equipment, ping-pong table, pétanque court, 300cm trampoline, volleyball net, and large seesaw. Bicycle storage. Nearby unfenced pond.
Private traditional outdoor sauna with a stone stove. It is private and has 3 loungers for 6 to 7 people. The sauna is in the garden; the shower is inside the house. In-house massage available for an additional fee.
