Actually the worst experience on booking with the Hotel. They do not answer the phone(extremely unprofessional). Plus they don't help the customers to check in. One of my employees arrived earlier and they refused to check him in even they had the CC on file. We tried to pay in full upfront via website they recommended. ON the front page was one amount in US dollars and completely other amount on the check out page 10 times higher!!! We had to leave the premises and look for another honest services hotel. Our company Do not recommend to anyone this hotel and will stay away from this Property. Besides there are too many discrepancies in the name of this hotel. Phone line is not correct and no one is answering. Unfortunately, this is not the experience we were looking for in the wonderful country KSA. Business and leisure travelers be aware! The location is accessible to north and central Riyadh. The check-in was quick, and the staff were generally nice. While the hotel looks new, it is not yet fully functional. The internet worked only on the first day, on the remaining two days, the internet was not working. Fhe front desk that it comes on and off. There is construction next to the hotel, making it hard to sleep with the drilling noise outside even at night as they are working around the clock. The room is impossibly small that I had to put my stuff in one of the beds. If I am using the desk, I can't easily walk to the bathroom Only one outlet available; otherwise, I had to unplug other devices to plug mine. I tried to eat in the restaurant, however, there was not a single customer there at 12:30 noon (lunch time!). I tried to order a couple of items from the menu, but they were out. I had to eat out during my stay due to lack of proper dining options. I would not come back again as it is just not yet a proper functional hotel.
