The breakfast quality is below average in terms of the food items they use, from cheese, to vegetables and the worst by far is the bread. I honestly don’t know if you can call it bread. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf.
