Everything was fine except at the bed only one outlet to plug my apnea machine in my wife’s machine I had to go to service desk and was given an extension cord do the wife’s machine could work it was quiet and comfortable that was the only concern

We came to Roanoke for the USA Cycling Mountain bike championships . The Fairfield was convenient to the venue(Hollins University). Restaurants were nearby and also there were more a short drive away. The hotel was clean and quiet and offered a variety of breakfast choices each morning.

Great for pet families

We stayed with our dog on our relocation drive from NJ to TX. The staff were wonderful and had a welcome gift for our golden retriever. So nice.

For a handicap room there needs to be a walk in shower. It is extremely difficult and dangerous to step into a tub. Also there should be some kind of automatic entry door into the room for people in wheelchairs, those doors are so heavy they are difficult to open and manuver a wheelchair through at the same time.

When I got to my room, it was full of bugs. When I went down to the desk, they said they would give me a new room, but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t have bugs. Now granted they were only stink bugs, but I shouldn’t have to sleep in a room with stink bugs.
