Upon arrival and picking up keys for a Jr. King Suite, we went to our room and noted significant water on the floor of the bathroom. I returned to the front desk to report issue and asked to be re-assigned to another room. Front Desk person took immediate offense to my request, insinuated we caused the issue, then said she had to "downgrade" our room to a regular King room since we booked through a third party. I replied that I had heard up bumping up customers when there is an issue but never downgrading them without some consideration. Reported the issue to the Hotel Manager in the morning, and once again was treated somewhat rudely, and reminded she couldn't do anything since we booked 3rd party. Have stayed here 6-8 times over the past 18 months due to recurring business in the area and normally things go well. Guess we'll re-think our options moving forward. Staff does not seem well trained in client service when things go off-schedule. Construction/remodeling going on in hotel and property is not currently in "prime condition". Worked partial refund thru third party, but things really did not have to be that hard.

The room was clean and spacious. But when checking in they said breakfast didn’t come with the room. I booked this hotel cause it said breakfast included. Hmmm. Then all night long we heard a hissing sound. Every time some one flushed the toilet or ran water we heard the hissing sound. Our tv was horrible. It was fuzzy and kept freezing. Good thing we didn’t book cuz of tv. lol. Then the booking said free WiFi. You got free WiFi if you signed up to be a member for free. But you had to give all your info to do so. Then if you were lucky enough to get internet it lasted 20 mins and then kicked you off. Not staying here again.

It's not the property that put a bad tatste in my mouth. When I made the reservation back in Nov of 2022, I specifically requested a room with a kink bed and a garden tub. They put us in rm 183 which is handicap. I had to go to the front desk and have it changed to another rm 531 and pay more money out of pocket which is terrible customer service. Never again!!!!

I didn't like that i reserved and was charged for a king bed room and when i checked in i was giving a double twin bed room. I wanted what i am paid for.

After going to my room (524) I was disappointed by the poor condition of the furniture, outdated appliances and loud noise the hvac was making. TV and WiFi were not working so I called the desk for help. They told me I needed to unplug and replug the TV. That didn’t work so they said they’ll reduce the rate of the room because they had no other rooms available. When I asked about the error message I got trying to login to the WiFi, the clerk said he wouldn’t come up to look into the issue because he’d been sexually assaulted the last time he went to a room. I get out of bed, go down to the desk and he takes my phone to show me how to logon to the WiFi…the WiFi worked fine in the lobby, it went out again as soon as I entered my room. I called down again and the guy said “o.k.” And hung up, 20 minutes later he’s banging on the door like the police and when I open it, he says “follow me”. He then takes me to a different room (despite not having any empty rooms earlier) opens the door and says, “the TV works in here” then hands me a key card to the new room and leaves. This room (528) had several unexplainable noises but I was in town for a funeral and was too tired to complain any further. The following morning During check-out, I find that the “reduced rate” I was offered shouldn’t have been offered because I didn’t book through the hotel so it should have been reported to the 3rd party app. I paid $200 per night for a motel 6 experience. No more Hilton for me.
