First room had a broken a/c and no towels. Second room had a very dirty tub, a broken toilet seat, and a fridge that badly needed defrosting. We took the third room because we were tired of relocating all our bags BUT the tub was only semi cleaner, the fridge still needed defrosting, it was not clean and the blanket on our bed was covered in hairs - I would not stay here again.

The property was close to where we needed to be. Dated, not very clean, people banging on the door (not the property’s fault). Furniture was broken.

The staff was very friendly and check-in went easily. The room itself was very dated, and there was a faint, lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. I traced this back to the air conditioning unit, which has probably been in service since smoking was allowed in all rooms. The bathroom was clean, but the shower drain was very slow so you were standing in water the entire time.

It was a decent hotel for the price, however when me and my family were getting into our rooms, the staff hadn’t clean like half of the rooms on the first floor including one of our rooms. So, they had to wait a bit until they made the bed.

The customer service was great. The room was another story. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. The room has old rusty lamps...The bed was lumpy and mattress was tired. Pillows were square??? Would not recommend.

Was booked into a room with zero hot water. I accepted this though Only because I had no choice it was 1 am and I had booked this hotel earlier in the day I had driven 700 miles and was dead tired getting there. If I wasn’t so tired I wouldn’t have accepted the room. My families safety is more important than a hot shower

This was a terrible hotel. I don’t have one good thing to say about it. Nasty smell peeling paint,sticky floors.We only stayed 3 hours. That was more than enough!!!

Paint peeling on walls and refrigerator door. Faucet on sink is very loose. It appears that someone threw a glass of something on the outside of the bathroom door and it was never cleaned up! The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn't work. Room surfaces were not clean!

Outside the property was not maintained. Cigarette butts on the floor by the side entrance. Hotel employee screaming at a hotel manager. Same employee having a loud conversation with a person across the dining area talking about shootings. While guests were having breakfast.

Ice cold showers- hotel rooms without hot water

If you want an ice cold shower- this is ypur place! We reserved our room for one night, we were driving long distance -all we wanted was a warm shower and comfortable nights sleep. Went to take a shower and the water was ice cold. Let it run for a bit and still ice cold. Wrnt downstairs to ask front desk about it. Her response was yeah theres room on the 2nd floor that dont have hot water. She said she couldnt move us as the hotel was fully booked and we couldnt cancel as there is no refunds. So this place just sucks.

We checked in late at night and went through the side door near where we parked our car. The side door was broken and not locked so anyone could walk into the hotel late at night and staff not know it. When we got to our room our door was propped open. We went inside and there were dirty towels on the bathroom sink. There was also an outlet completely out of the wall. We didn't complain that night because we were exhausted from driving all day and we're just passing through. When we checked out the front desk said "oh ok sorry".

The rooms were very clean and housekeeping offered to come every day, decent options for continental breakfast which ended at a reasonable time, room was spacious and there was no noise in the hallway or from any other rooms, very convenient being next to the highway
