The front desk staff was great. The property seemed a bit run down. There is a sign at the front desk that says if you live within a 50 mile radius of Rochester you are not allowed to get a room there. Asked Why? Keep the Drug Dealers away......

Good for price, a little odd, great housekeeping

Dated but room was just fine, pool looked nice, breakfast was limited but great all things considered. Good coffee and waffles! I think some that work there must live on site (a little odd). But for what I paid, it was just fine. only complaint would be the keycards were constantly messing up, had to exchange them literally almost daily.

We liked the staff only. But our room there was a noisy compressor right next to our room somewhere running off and on during sleep hours. There was a wasp in our room at the window. I delt with the insect but that's beside the point. Could of went to sleep and it could of landed on one of us and stung while sleeping. Won't be coming back. The floors in hallway and room seemed to always be dirty. Carpet was ugly,dark and old. Where the breakfast was served there was no sink to wash hands and other stuff. I think that's law. A pipe broke so they shut off water and it leaked on WIFI system so no T.V. I just got out of shower in time. I heard someone else wasn't so lucky. The shuttle bus makes that motel the last stop on the return from the clinic even if your the only one on the bus that are staying at that Motel. Over an hour to get back. Ridiculous.

Our room had pieces of the old air conditioner all over the floor, the window unit was louder than the tv and the room smelled musty. The guy behind the desk was on the phone when we arrived at 12:45 and all we wanted was a bed bc we had to me at Mayo at 6a… and he took his time getting the keys and such ready while being on the phone.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and I liked that there was a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Lobby and bkfst area was clean and bright. We did not use the pool but it appeared clean and bright as well! Breakfast was ok, bread was a bit dry; selection of 2 cereals, oranges and apples, juice, bagels. The outside of the property needs attention Lots. Ut down the dead trees, mow the grass and weeds, pickup the garbage, paint the handicap parking with a fresh coat of oaint, and add a bunch of flower pots Large pots with lots of color. Do the same around the flagpole- plant and landscape. Doing so will improve the perception and show guests they are welcome!
