Breakfast was limited and didn't taste good. Parking was fine. The pool, hot tub was out of service. The vending machine was out of service. The room wasn't cleaned well. The bathtub looked very dirty and didn't feel clean enough to use. The only thing that worked was the ice machine. It was not worth the money to stay at this hotel. They also charge $20 for early check in. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

-Zero interaction with owner, he avoided people like the plague after check-in. Everytime we saw him, he would see we weren't checking in and would quickly turn away to avoid any interaction or greeting. -Continental breakfast made me sick within 20 minutes of eating. Literally went up to my room and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom throwing up. I'm betting that the eggs, potatoes, and sausage links are the same ones served day after day and just reheated. -Had a reservation for 4 nights, December 29-Jan 2 check out. Notified the woman behind the desk we were checking out early and leaving the next morning and was told her husband would take care of me in the morning upon checkout. Left hotel about 9 AM, rang belm at desk a couple times, no answer, no one around. Wrote a note on a post it pad on the desk, put it on our room keys and on the counter with other keys left by others checking out. We left 2 nights early and still were charged for 4 nights. I've tried calling the 800 number for booking and was given the local 507 number to discuss billing. Goes to a message then disconnects. Tried a few times and the same thing. I would like my 2 nights $ back.

The TV didn't work correctly. The WIFI was down numerous times. Lots of banging of doors at 9:00 at night. Everything was very dated. I will never stay there again

When I arrived to check in I waited for approximately 10 minutes before anyone was at the front desk. The phone at the table said you dial 0 and someone would be right up, but despite three phone calls this never happened. There was a distinct odor upon checking in, no like old food and something underneath that. I was informed after completing the check-in process that the pool and talk now we're not available and it was clear that they have not been functioning for some time, which seems to be the status quo around here. When I attempted to cancel the booking at that time, the hotel refused to work with me and refund my money, despite the fact that I specifically chose a hotel with a pool and hot tub because I had a biopsy today and in an extreme physical discomfort I have stitches inside of my mouth and all I wanted to do was soak. You're too young men who were working claimed they had no ability to make any sort of decision like this and stated that in the fine print on the Expedia site they noted their pool is down; however, I booked on hotels.com and specifically read through everything to determine what customers were saying about the experience with the pool and hot tub here before booking. The site is intentionally misleading in the water.

The pool and hot tub was closed due to some health violation. The tub in our room didn’t have a plug. They gave us one from another room but it didn’t fit. The heating and cooling chirped like a field of crickets.

The staff assigned me a room that was musty when I came in. At first I thought it hadn’t been cleaned but at this point I just got off a long shift and was too nervous to go back to the lobby because a man had followed me earlier. I booked a double queen bed. I examined the room and everything looked okay. Until I woke up @3am because I felt like something was crawling on me. I looked from the corner of my eye and saw something plump and red. I squished it. I had no idea at the moment it was a bed bug until I tried to go back to sleep and woke up with bites all over my body. I was extremely uncomfortable and itchy the next morning. There was no one at the first desk to speak with about the matter and when I called back later. NO ONE answered. Extremely awful experience. I would never ever recommend anyone to come here.
