Located in an accessable family neighborhood, this inviting, entertaining and comfortable mid-century house is located near Silver Lake Creek, Park, Playground, Swimming Pool and Skate Park, one half mile from Quarry Hill Park and Nature Preserve and just one and a half miles from Mayo Clinic and Downtown Rochester.

First floor living features three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The updated kitchen is regularily stocked with coffees, teas, sugar, salt pepper, olive and avacado oils and other staples.
The master bedroom has a king size bed that, upon request, can be separated as two twins with adjustable head and foot raising controls and has its own 50” smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin. Each bedroom has a desk and features comfortable memory foam mattresses.
The Living Room has a 55” Smart TV. Also in the living room are the two fold-out twin hide-a-bed couches.
The main level bathroom has a walk-in shower with integral seat and optional tub insert. Top shelf shampoo, conditioner, bath gell and a decent blow dryer are complimentary to ease your packing.
A nice little three season porch is off the attached single garage leading to the cozy back yard. You have your choice of over thirty board and family games to enjoy, sidewalk chalk and basic art supplies are kept in the dining room buffet for creative kiddos.
The Lower level includes a standard ping pong table and an additional play and tumble room with cushioned floor, play mats, Legos, Lego table, doll house etc. Also located on the lower level is a half bath, second refrigerator and full laundry.

Home away from Home
It was a great weekend!! We went to Rochester for my daughter's Dance Competition. We had to be there for 3-4 days and hotels were just too expensive. The house was great. It was like going to stay at grandma's house with a few modern updates. Check in was extremely easy with no issues. We saved a ton of money from not getting a hotel and saved on going out to eat because we just bought groceries and cooked there. It was in a cute labor very close to the civic center he. Also loved all of the board games, ping pong table, and the four season porch. We definitely will be renting this place again. It was an amazing experience for my first time using VRBO!

Comfortable home in a great location
This home was great! The hostess was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Incredibly clean and well taken care of. Very easy to get to downtown. Nearby parks and trails easily accessible. This home features a lot of space. Quiet neighborhood. Great home for a family with plenty of space to enjoy indoors when the weather is inclement. Would highly recommend!

Great Getaway
Stayed here for our anniversary getaway. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals but this is the first where the ad really didn't do the property justice. Everything the owner said it was and then some. Much more spacious than the pics made it appear and very nice and thoughtful amenities. Loved the mix of new and antique furniture throughout the house. You can't go wrong staying here, as we again too!

House was extremely cleaned and well maintained. House is very spacious. I also really enjoyed the variety of board games the host had to offer. Would definitely stay again.
