Nice comfortable room and property. Handle a large group of 12 year old basketball girls and their parents. I’m a single old lady and kids under control Friday night and Saturday morning. Lots of fun and not much of a mess in breakfast area.

This is our go to hotel when we are in Rochester because it’s clean, the shuttle service to Mayo, the soup in the evening, and the friendly staff. The only small issue is the tv signal went out several times each time we stayed there. We will stay there again soon.

From the friendly manager to the easy check in to the nice, clean, quiet room to the pleasant included breakfast it was a great stay. And bonus is free soup in the evening and free shuttle leaving & returning regularly to & from Mayo's.

Very friendly staff always willing to help. Great breakfast area with evening soup which was wonderful on these cold January nights. Housekeeping did not come one time during our stay and the front desk was accommodating to give us extra towels and supplies we needed for our room.
