Let me say that the hotel itself was amazing & would definitely stay there again. We were there from Friday to Monday. It was super super clean inside & rooms were very well taken care of. They were cleaning the lobby floors where breakfast is served a few times we were coming or going. The staff were very friendly & we had an issue with our TV the first night. We told the front desk attendant & he said let me know when you come back & I’ll come up with you. So we did & he fixed it no problem with new remote. The only thing was the area around the hotel is a tiny bit sketch because you have to go all the way down the end of a road to get into hotel. Then the woods in the parking lot looked a bit sketch but we didn’t care. This hotel was great value & overall clean which is what I look for in a hotel. My whole family knows I pull down blankets & check for bugs, I put the remote in the ice cube bag I’m a bit obsessed however I think everyone can say they’ve booked a hotel they thought was 10star & when they get there they are like what kind of photoshop took the pics of that room you booked that hotel from. Anyway long story short I would gladly come again.

A good basic hotel

My son and I stayed here for a soccer tournament in the area, so we weren't in the room that much other than to sleep. The room was fine, nothing special. The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels we have stayed in but again it was fine. For about fifty dollars less per night ,compared to the "team" hotel, it was worth it.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special but clean and comfortable. We had a room by the elevator so it was a bit noisy. The staff were extremely unmotivated and not friendly. Breakfast was okay at best. We asked to use the gym and we're told it was closed but it seems there is no gym though it was advertised to have one. A bit over priced for what it was.

We booked the jacuzzi room and were told we had to pay a security deposit in case we damaged their tub. I was told it would not be charged to my card, and yet it was. It’s been 3 days and the charge is still there. Feeling like I’ve been lied to, the charge should have been explained when booking the room and the deposit should have been returned in a more timely manner. Breakfast was pretty good, egg patties, sausage or bacon, waffles, pastries, toast and cereal. The ice machine wasn’t working, first night we were SOL second night the manager got bags of ice. He didn’t tell his night staff about this so we had to convince him to look
