The linen and bathroom area were clean. But the floor was sticky, and other areas were not very clean.
No WiFi for guest. We got put in a room that still had someone staying in it, Strange smells all throughout the entire building, and the room looked like it hadn’t been swept or moped under the beds. There were visible hair/dust balls. There was a razor head down the sink drain, and a dead roach on the floor.
Great stay and will definitely be back next time we are in the area

This happened to be our second stay at Woodsprings in Fort Mill SC. As I recall, the first stay there was equally unsatisfactory. However this stay was most recent. Traveling isnt ever easy. Hours before our check in time, we were called by the hotel. My husband, who has severe lung issues was asked Does he need a handicap room he reserved weeks prior. The woman was real quick to add "we do have another room for you. Him being afraid to not take the other room offered said yeah ok. After a while, i called them back. I was told he was put in a room with only 1 bed. One Queen Bed...... for 3 of us????

Booked thru Expedia. Did not specify that there would be a $50 refundable fee. Staff was very friendly. Especially this one lady who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. This was just a weekend for my husband and I to get some quality time away from the kids and it was what it was as far as accommodations go.

Front desk lady was on the phone all over the place hiding in the room by the fridge as if it wasn’t customers at the counter she was all over the place and overall just wasn’t there customer service wise took 30+ min to check in bathroom had a dirty wash rag in the bathroom
Halls wreaked of dog urine and feces. Smelled horrible everywhere. Hallway not swept for days. Roaches in my room and dead cockroaches in hallway that wasn’t clean up until I said something

The 1st room I was assigned to the TV didn't work then the 2nd room smelled like old feet. I went to Walmart to get some air freshener. The towels still had hair of someone else not mine. The blinds were broken so the sunlight was coming straight in my room so I had to put two towels to block the light from coming in. The blinds were so dirty also. I would rather go to an Air Bnb then come there again.
The WiFi was terrible. And the bed was very small and uncomfortable

The smell was horrible! It was between pet and grease. A lot people gathering late at night in lobby. Unit was apparently lived in at one point. One bed had all types of hair on the sheets. Greasy and dirty walls. Never again!
This is a hotel for roaches not human beings. Very unsanitary and staff had an attitude problem. Why would you sell rooms when you have a bug problem in every room? All I got was a blank look and "I'm sorry" for my troubles. Just want my money back and I will never go there again.
