Beautiful 3 bedroom Nedonna beach home. Just one block from the beach

When entering the home from the ground level you will be in family room, that has a large very cozy sectional couch perfect for watching movies on the TV. Also downstairs is one of the two queen bedrooms with TV and dresser, a full bathroom with shower and the laundry room with washer/Dryer.
Upstairs you will find the large open concept living, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen it is perfect for cooking and entertaining and is fully equipped with anything you will need. Including all the usually appliances range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, Dishwasher and microwave drawer in the large island that seats 4 and the dinning room table that seats 8. Off of the Kitchen/Dinning area is a covered deck with BBQ. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, dresser and TV and an en suite bathroom with a large tile shower and double sinks. The other queen bedroom is also upstairs and has a TV and dresser as well. All TV’s are smart TV’s. Another Full bathroom is also upstairs and has a tub/shower. The home has Comfortable for sleeping 9 (including queen air mattress and the twin bed in the family room) This home is 3 full bathrooms, 2 with a showers and the other with a tub shower, a large laundry room with Washer/Dryer, and a fire pit in the back yard perfect for grilling up some Oysters!  And new to the property August of 2025 a Hot Tub!! If hanging out on the beach isn't for you there is a small lake just a couple blocks away you can try and catch a trout, Charter Fishing out of the Garibaldi marina, Nehalem Bay to the north has a couple places that rent boats by the hour for crabbing or rent a canoe and head up the Nehalem River!! The possibilities are endless at the Oregon Coast

Our favorite vacation rental

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. The downstairs area was a great space for the kids. The furnishings were top of the line and the kitchen offers a welcoming place to gather. We are so thankful to have found this rental. Between the exceptional host, close proximity to the beach, and relaxing atmosphere, there is no question we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 6!

We loved staying in this house! It had everything we needed for our family to spread out and relax afterong days of exploring the PNW and playing on the beach. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths which we usually always run out of at other places. There were toys, books, puzzles, games, sand toys, plenty of blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing we needed more of was food storage containers and baggies. You will need to pack your own shower supplies. I highly recommend this house!

A coastal gem

Daughter reports home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were 4 of them - 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 10 year old - so they had plenty of room to rest and relax. At little preventative maintenance will take care of a couple of minor issues - smoke detectors batteries out at 4am (lol! they never die during daylight hours!), front door lock batteries. The property manager was quick to respond with solutions. Checkout list was reasonable - nice to have until 11 am for those things. Check in after 4pm. We will keep this property at the top of a short list of properties we would like to return to for certain. Just a lovely home and a good experience.

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It is a short walk to an uncrowded beach. More than enough space for the seven of us. Very nice home! Cleanliness is top notch. The house is well stocked-my husband was really impressed! He didn't have to unpack any of the extra items that he always brings with him. We always bring our own games but did laugh our way through one at the house. And part of the family enjoyed a large jigsaw puzzle. This is a nice place to stay.

My extended family stayed in this home for 2 nights while traveling around Oregon. It is a beautiful home located just a very short walk from a nice beach. The house is new and was very clean and comfortable for our group. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great house and location

This was a great place for family to get together. The house was clean and had lots of room. We appreciated the easy access to the quiet beach and general location was good with short driving time to Tillamook, Cannon Beach etc.

Our Favorite Beach House Yet

My family of 6 (4 kids, ages 10-17) just got home from our trip. This neighborhood was just what we were looking for, quiet and relaxing. The beach access was directly across the street and a quick 4 minute walk. The home was incredible. Pictures do not do this home justice. It was clean, well-stocked, and had comfortable beds. You could hear the ocean from the property - perfection!

Beautiful home near the beach

Our two families with little ones loved this house. It was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, and incredibly convenient. There was lots of puzzles and toys for the kids, which we particularly appreciated. Nedonna Beach is peaceful and beautiful, and we loved visiting it every day. Would highly recommend this house!

Loved the set up of the house and all the space to stretch out. Kitchen was awesome and had every amenity you could think of. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway in Rockaway Beach, OR

This is a very nice property located just north of town in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is just a short walk from the beach. Beach access was very easy. The house feels practically new and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook family meals. There beds are comfortable and there are two large sofas for people to spread out.
