Room was fine, but check-in was a disaster. First off room is as advertised was comfortable. Shower was a little tight, but it worked without a problem, plenty of towels, etc. in the bathroom. My big issue was getting into the unit when I first got there because the code they gave me didn’t work on the door lock. I had to call three different phone numbers which took about 20 minutes before I got someone who could help me. Apparently the battery was dead so was given another lockbox code to grab an actual key. It was difficult to operate the lock with the key and get the key out of the lock once opened or locked on the way out. I suppose if the lock was operating properly when I got there, it may not have affected my score.

The room was nice and clean. The space was exactly what was advertised. Communication was great, we had a little trouble getting in but they were immediately helpful. The location is top notch, the beach access being just steps away. My only complaint is that they probably need a little more ventilation. There is no air-conditioning so it got hot and humid quickly. They do have a fan and that was a lifesaver.
