Main Level Primary Bedroom: King bed with sliding glass doors to the hot tub. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects directly to the bedroom and to the hallway near the washer/dryer.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom: Queen bed with direct access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom, which also opens to the hallway.

Open Bunk Nook: twin-over-full bunk bed in an upstairs alcove next to the queen bedroom and bathroom — perfect for kids or extra guests.

Cross the breezeway bridge over the garage to discover the bonus room, featuring a huge sectional sofa, gaming console, and desk — perfect for movie nights, gaming, or a quiet place to work.
