Just north of Rockaway Beach, in Nedonna Beach, this home puts you four blocks from the shores, and close to all of the local hot spots.



The comfy seaside ambiance that is showcased in the decorative boats and nautical style sets the tone for your tranquil stay. Enjoy a quiet moment with the adults in the den while the kids watch a DVD in the upstairs play area. They can play in the under-the-sea style hiding spot while the adults get ready to head outside. Up to two dogs can come along too- as long as they're under 50 pounds.



This charming 1,280-square-foot home is perfect for groups of up to 10 guests. It features two cozy bedrooms equipped with six comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep for everyone. The property also has two bathrooms and a small open-concept kitchen, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals in an intimate and family atmosphere. This host was horrible to get in touch with. Good luck if something is wrong and you need immediate help, like if the door lock isn’t working. So much was wrong with the property I finally asked for a partial refund. They brushed me off for 2 weeks and multiple update requests about their decision. I finally had to report them to Vrbo for them to respond with their decision. They did say they would give me 25% back which was going to make my review more favorable but then they gave me a 0. Apparently they felt the need to retaliate even though I left the place much more clean than required and was respectful and patient with them despite multiple ignored communication attempts and brushing me off for weeks. The property was great besides the broken microwave, stove top, and laundry dryer. The hot tub was a bit murky too and the jetted tub spat out a bunch of black gunk when I tried to use it. If these things have been fixed then the property is amazing.

The house had everything you need for your stay. The hot tub was hot! It was soo relaxing And being pet friendly, our girl had such a fun time ! The backyard is huge for your pets to have fun. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again

Things were very clean for the most part. We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. However there were a few flaws that people should jnow about, the jacuzzi tub in the large bedroom definitely had mold in and around the jets. The fridge smelled pretty bad and the microwave doesn't work. And a lot of the dishes provided were dirty.

Definitely a very fun house that has some thoughtful features for families. The spiral staircase is a very cool feature, but also keep in mind with small kids that there is potential for a head-banging risk if your child isn't looking.

We love the location and vibe of this beach house. The inside is cozy and cute. My kids love returning here each year. They love the jetted tub and hot tub too (be aware it is visible from the street) A few amenities aren’t quite luxurious like the shower nozzle was coming off and number of bath towels is sparse. If someone was hoping for a deck to hang out on, this one is only average but we still very much enjoy this house for our family and have returned several times.

The property is worn down, and dirty. The hot tub lid was full of mold and floating in water. Towels were mildew, carpets crunchy from pet stains, appliances in disrepair, and the upstairs tv did not work. We cut our stay short by 4 nights and I am try to get reimbursed for the 2 nights we stayed.

Great Place to Relax

The space was great for my wife and dog. I think it would be ideal for two couples and might get cramped with any more. The hot tub was fantastic, the beach serene and walkable. We cooked most our meals in the ample kitchen. I would absolutely stay again!

Great Christmas Vacation

We stayed for Christmas and had a blast. What's not to love about the beach! The house had a large living room that accommodated our family of 7, along with our Christmas Tree. Hot tub was magical. The house was not super updated and the main bathroom was quite small but hey, it's a rental, not my own house so it was livable for the week we stayed. One of the major down falls was the washing machine. The washing machine was not working and we were not told. When we decided to do a load, the washer overflowed. So I spent the afternoon cleaning up, not how I wanted to spend my vacation. Then on top of that, we weren't able to wash any clothes or towels. Which was hard because as a family of 7 at the beach, you could image how much washing we had.

Fun property to stay at.

We had a great time staying at this property. Close to fishing and crabbing which is why we selected this place. The electricity did go out for multiple hours and we couldn’t find a flashlight so that may be something to have at the house.

Beautiful home. Very small kitchen. Quiet neighborhood except for the wonderful frogs singing at night! Short walk ( for us) to beach. Beautiful beach! A couple of short trail's to enjoy the area scenery.
