Great location with easy access to all areas of Rockhampton and only 2 kms to the airport. Off street parking available
Child safety gate for stairs is available. Please mention if required when booking
Pets may be allowed down stairs or in the yard but please enquire before booking as the accommodation and fencing may not be appropriate for some

Stayed for a fishing trip in Rocky. The property is comfortable and the owners are very friendly and good people. We were looking for economical accommodation without the frills and price tag and this property well exceeded our expectation. Keep up the great work.

Mick's house was a great place to stay close to the centre of Rocky. Mick's communication throughout was fantastic and we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. Would certainly stay here again.

Good location

Every thing that you needed , good beds , a few ants and fly's, comfy lounges, good air con , good size bedrooms. Leagues club just down the road and other food premises and an IGA all within walking distance. No bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms no biggy.

Fantastic stay @ Mick's

Just finished a fantastic stay at Mick’s place on George Street. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to comfy bedding — and even had a lovely backyard that made it easy to relax between events.The location couldn’t have been more convenient, especially for anyone attending events at the Rockhampton Showgrounds — just a short drive or even walk away. Mick was super friendly and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rocky, whether you're here for a comp or just looking for a comfy, welcoming stay!

Lovely stay at Micks

We had a lovely stay at Micks place. Mick was very accommodating in allowing our dog to stay inside downstairs. The place was very clean and tidy with plenty of amenities. It was a very relaxing outlook from the kitchen to the private garden. The only thing was, being a couple of the hottest days in January, it was quite warm upstairs as there was no air conditioning. It did cool down a bit over night with some rain. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Had a great stay, large house with modern bathroom and kitchen. We loved the house. Good backyard, although not fully fenced which was fine with us as Mick had communicated this to me prior to booking. Street was nice and quiet. Complimentary food items was a great touch (milk, tea, coffee, butter, Vegemite etc). We recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again if we had to pass through rocky again.

Mick's apartment is big and spacious. Great communications, friendly and accommodated us to come in one day earlier. My colleagues and I had a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need. There are plenty of utensils to use. You just need to be mindful of low ceiling fans in two of the rooms. Other than that, all is great. Thank you, Mick.
