Comfortable rooms

The front desk staff is very good and helpful. That being said housekeeping needs to be better. We had 4 women staying in our room, we asked the front desk before leaving for the day if they could make sure to have housekeeping leave us fresh towels and toilet paper (there was only 1/2 roll in room when we checked in) We were told that if the do not disturb sign was not on the door they would go in and clean the room. We were gone from 10am until 9pm that day. When we returned, we found that the room was as we left it, 4 dirty towels and no toilet paper. Our phone in the room did not work and our hair dryer did not work. We were able to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk that evening, and they were very sorry, said they would let management know. I realize that sometimes things get overlooked, but with so many things not working in the room and also with housekeeping not even checking the room as they are supposed to, I think that needs to be addressed. Everything else was good, including the small gym and continental breakfast.

My husband and stayed in room 217 during Christmas holidays and the refrigerator freezer needed to be cleaned. We just stayed the weekend of January 17-19 and the freezer hadn't been cleaned.

We were there to go to speedway. Great location. But entire 3 rd floor smelled like weed the entire time we were there. I think it’s BS Everyone complains about people who smoke outside the hotel yet it’s ok for my kid to get a second hand high and nothing gets done about it .

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Also the breakfast was great as well. The staff and GM were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that travels to the area. Very nice stay.
