The 'boho bungalow' offers 2 bedrooms with memory foam queen beds and cotton linens.

WIFI & TV
The 'boho bungalow' has WIFI and a 'Smart TV' which gives you access to stream your fave apps such as: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.

KITCHEN
It comes equipped with full kitchen amenities so you can prepare your own farm-to-table meals with fresh food from local Rockledge Gardens Farmers Market or nearby grocery store. We provide fresh ground coffee, creamer and assorted teas as well as light breakfast foods: grits, oatmeal.

OUTDOOR SPACE
We have a quiet fenced yard and patio (perfect for coffee or cocktails!) We also have a gas grill available for your use.

BEACH SUPPLIES:
We have turkish towels, beach chairs and sand toys for your use!

Our Spanish Style Bungalow was built in 1924 and has been lovingly restored over the years. We added our own touches to create an inviting, peaceful + tranquil space. We can't wait to welcome you and your friends and family to stay!

We take pride in using plant-based, non-toxic cleaning + laundry supplies. We encourage recycling and are continuing to make our home as eco-friendly as possible.

We certainly love all of our furry friends but due to guest allergies they are not allowed on property so that everyone who visits can enjoy their stay!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: We strictly abide by the "Good Neighbor Policy" your full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident with police or neighbors. Please only park in designated space in driveway. No loud noise (music, party, fireworks, etc.) Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors.
