Welcome to our charming coastal retreat in the heart of Rockport, Massachusetts. Nestled along the picturesque shores of Cape Ann, our renovated home is the perfect haven for a tranquil escape by the sea. With inviting living areas, there`s plenty of space to unwind and enjoy each other`s company. The town`s stunning scenery, rich history, vibrant arts scene and easy beach access from our home make it an ideal destination for families and groups.

This stunningly renovated two-bedroom, three-bathroom Cape Cod style home - with ample additional sleeping space - exudes the quintessential New England charm. With an open and spacious floor plan, soaringly high ceilings and huge windows to maximize natural light, the kitchen, dining room and seating area as you walk in are bright and inviting. The custom chef’s kitchen with a beautiful Italian stove as its centerpiece beckons for home-cooked meals and conversations around the island. Directly off the dining room is a cozy living room with comfortable seating and wood burning fireplace, making it the perfect spot to light a fire on a chilly day or settle down for an afternoon of reading. With a gorgeous outdoor space, 2 lofts and a fully finished basement, in addition to the bedrooms and living areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home.

• First Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with large shower and plenty of closet space and natural light
• Fully stocked kitchen -- custom Italian stove/oven, a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, regular drip coffee pot (with complimentary start up coffee & filters), tea kettle, cookware, serveware, and dinnerware etc.
• Dining area - open concept with dining table for 4 and kitchen island seating for 3

Second Floor
• Second bedroom with king 4 poster bed
• Full bathroom with double shower heads
• Large open living area with massive windows and a queen pull out couch
• Laundry room with washer, dryer & complimentary start up laundry supplies

Second Floor Loft
• Office space with desk and chair to work from home (if you must!) and a comfortable couch for lounging

Third Floor Loft
• Three twin beds

Basement
• Large, open second living room open living area with a queen pull out couch, additional seating and large TV
• Full, custom tiled bathroom with shower

Outdoor Space
• Custom stone patio with an amazing garden, comfortable seating area and outdoor shower


Only a 10 minute walk from Front Beach, you can easily swim, sunbathe, or simply soak in the coastal ambiance. Once you`ve had your fill of the sun, stroll a few minutes down to Bearskin Neck and explore this historic street lined with quaint shops and seafood restaurants. Rockport has long been an artist`s haven, so be sure to check out the numerous art galleries showcasing works by local and renowned artists. Don`t forget to snap a photo at Motif Number 1, one of the most painted buildings in America.

Halibut Point State Park is only a 10 minute drive, where you can hike along scenic trails with breathtaking ocean views and explore the iconic Halibut Point Quarry.

During May-Oct, Rockport is the perfect spot to set out on a whale watching tour.

Rockport`s natural beauty, rich history, and welcoming community make it a perfect destination for families and groups. Whether you`re exploring the outdoors, soaking up the sun or immersing yourselves in the arts and shopping, our home is the perfect spot for you to call home during your getaway to Rockport.

We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs max). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

Guests have full access to the house with the exception of a couple locked storage spaces.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
