❖This home is a 16 minute drive Bagnell Dam that is packed with history, restaurants, boat rentals and night life.
❖Rent a boat or wave runner just 12 minutes from the home - feel free to tie it off to this dock so you can use it during your entire vacation

Getting to know the space:
There are 7 bedrooms spread out on 4 different levels. Let my try to explain this custom built home starting from the top level, we'll call this level one, to the lowest level, we'll call this level four.

—OUTSIDE FUN—

★Dock:
This HUGE brand new built dock in 2023 is the perfect location on the lake! Gather your friends and family, you don't want to miss this place! On this floating dock there is a fire table to roast marshmallows on, a huge bar to enjoy your drinks and snacks while watching a 65" TV and a 10x12 slip to store your boat. There are also 2 kayaks, life jackets, water toys, fishing gear and let's not leave out the 2 mini fridges on the dock to keep your cold drinks cold!

★Deck:
Oh goodness... The deck here, with the Sunsets, are just MAGICAL! There is a huge sectional to catch the sunsets on, dining table and chairs and a custom built-in grill right off of the kitchen making it so convenient to grill out on the lake.

—INSIDE FUN—

★Games:
Grab your friends and play some table tennis while your other friends compete in a round of darts. There is also an inside game room right next to this garage space with an arcade game packeted with thousands of games to choose from, Connect Four and Pop-A-Shot to practice with your game of basketball at. Don't forget that about that Xbox inside!

—THE HOME—

★Level 1:
Is located above the garage. This has bedrooms 6 & 7 along with bathroom 4 and the bean bag seating area. This space is accessed through the garage, and through the game room.

★Level 2:
Is on the ground level. This has the living room, kitchen, bar, 1/2 bathroom, garage parking and the game room (with the basketball setup) off to the side. The outside deck is also located on this level.

★Level 3:
One level down from the ground level. This has the two master bedrooms with the King beds, ensuite bathrooms and the laundry room in the hall.

★Level 4:
This is the lowest level where you will find the bunkbed room, two more king bedrooms (making 4 private king bedrooms!) a full bathroom along with a center hangout space with a 65" TV with a comfortable sectional that you can unwind from the busy day playing Xbox on. This level has an outside door that let's you walk out to access the lake.

King bed, private bathroom, lake view with 55” TV

A Full sized bunkbed set, perfect or adults or kids!

★ Bedroom 4 (4th level)
A king bed with a lake view and 55" TV

★ Bedroom 5 (4th level)
A king bed with a lake view, 55" TV and two rollaway (twin sized) beds stored in the closet

★ Bedroom 6 (1st level)
2 sets of Full beds

★ Bedroom 7 (1st level)
2 sets of Full beds

—BATHROOMS—

There are so many bathrooms! 4 1/2 to be exact! No more having to wait in a long line to get ready for the day- there are 4 1/2 bathrooms all with instant heat so you won't run out of hot water! There are hair dryers, toiletries, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided during your stay. 2 of the full sized bathrooms are private ensuites.

—LIVING ROOMS—
There are 3 living rooms:

★ Living room 1 (main level, 2nd level)
This living space is in the heart of the home. It is the definition of open concept where your living room, kitchen and bar are all on the same level. The reclining sectional faces the 85" smart TV that has Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+. The stunning deck is also on this level.

★ Living room 2 (4th level)
You will find the brand new wrap around couch facing a 65” TV where you can get lost in a game of Xbox

★ Living room 3 (1st level)
On the top floor is where you can relax on the fun bean bags while your friends and family are just down the stairs playing a round of basketball in the game room.

—HIGHLIGHTS—

★ Kitchen (2nd level)
The kitchen is stocked with many supplies so you can start the morning off right cooking pancakes on the breakfast skillet to ending the day Barbecuing on the back deck. We supply Keurig coffee, hot cocoa and tea- drink what you like- it's on us!

★ Garage/Parking
You can park 6 cars at the home! 2 cars in the garage (deep enough for trucks), 2 in front of the garage door and 1 in front of the front door. No parking across the home as this is a small gravel road that needs to be accessible to everyone driving on the road. No parking in front of a neighbor's home as parking is limited and that is their parking.

★Kids
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play, baby monitor, and a high chair located onsite. There are card games, mini basketball, Jenga, Cornhole, boardgames, books and an Xbox S for kids of all ages to play after a long day at the lake.

Notes:
✤There are four levels to this home so there are multiple stairs all throughout.
✤While traveling to the home the roads are all paved but the last 1/2 mile. This is gravel, a little winding but not too steep. I can make it in my sedan just fine :)

Note: The indoor fireplace REALLY heats up the home so it turned OFF during the summer months: May-October. It is turned back ON November-April.

Please Note: The large slip is not available for guest use. The entire rest of the dock, including the 10x12 slip, is open for your enjoyment. The owner's boat is stored in this first slip. This is not included in the rental of this home. Please leave boat, two wave runner and lifts alone. Violation of this house rule will result in a hefty fine.

Note: There are 6 working cameras. 1 in front of the garage door, 1 at the front door, 1 at the upper back door, 1 at the lower back door, 1 on the deck and 1 on the dock. The other side cameras are nonfunctioning. These are for property security
