Even though this is not a 5 star property, it felt like it because the customer service was 5 star. One of the days we missed room service because we slept in. I stopped by the front desk and asked them for a garbage bag. The manager insisted they clear out the garbage for us and asked for our room number. We came back to our room and they had emptied the bins and put new garbage bags in our room. My child also is special needs and had a hard time sleeping time at night. The people under us complained because they could hear us, and the front desk person was extremely nice about it and thoughtful. He offered to move us or the people below us to a different room for the next time so they could not hear our child. And ensure the room below us was empty. He also let the people below us know our child was special needs and offered them ear plugs as a helpful solution. We were also up early for breakfast and the same person was super helpful and friendly at breakfast, standing close by if I needed help with breakfast and also showed me how to make waffles. During our stay, they also brought us extra towels when we needed them. At check out they brought us a trolley upstairs so we didn’t have to leave the room. We also loved the water slide and pool, the pool was deep but not so deep that one of us could stand at the bottom of the slide and wait for our child to come down. Overall, we had a great experience and will be back again.

It was good other than we were reall looking forward to the hot tub and it was down for repairs. This is always disappointing, as it is part of the reason we choose this hotel. They did discount us a bit, and that was nice of them, but I'd rather have the hot tub.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and changed daily for egg option. Great staff all friendly. Sadly was there 2 weeks and the hot tub never worked. Pool is shallow. But great for kids.
